Que ce soit le confort des chambres, la beauté du design, l’emplacement calme mais avec tout ce qu’il faut à proximité, la politesse et l’efficacité des employé(e)s… tout est excellent. Un merci particulier à messieurs Anday, Ümit et Özgür, qui ont fait preuve d’un excellent service pendant le séjour. "From arrival to departing. Best service and experience with all the staff. Greeted with a smile, glass of juice. Front desk were very helpful on istanbul tours. Chose 3 tours were informative and enjoyable. Breakfast was amazing. So many choices. Catering team 10/10. The porter we had was the best always looking after us.
