"Friendly and understanding staff - even though we were more people than in the booking, and did not have our passports, the host kindly accepted our photocopies and also gave us a bigger room, even some paracetamol for my headache the next day. "This hotel is in a great location. It is outside of the core of Istanbul but not so far away that you can't take a taxi. It is also a great distance from the airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Istanbul. The front desk staff is very helpful and were able to answer all of my questions. They also have a great local area knowledge surrounding the property. "
