"We had a fantastic stay. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and places of interest. The hotel is close to the excellent transport system and the beds are very comfortable. It was our second stay and we will be back soon.

"Overall, it’s a good place — clean, no insects, and well-maintained. The washroom shower was extremely poor, which was disappointing, but aside from that the stay was lovely. The staff were generally nice and polite. However, the only real negative experience was during checkout at 3 AM. I had five bags with me, and the staff member at reception didn’t even offer to help — he just stood there watching. That left a bad impression after an otherwise pleasant stay."

"from first impression/moment,i knew the stay would be awesome,Nathan greeted and checked me in,what a charmimg chap,almost like seeing a long lost friend.The room was all i could hope for and he upgraded to bosphorous view which was fantastic,Comfort,cleanliness,ambience,no request was too much. Breakfast was in cosy area below ground,lovely tasty looking food and it didn't disappoint when eaten,again a cosy quiet atmosphere,obviously its located in Aksaray which a bit of a rough and tumble...
