"Yusuf était souriant et accueillant l’hôtel est bien situé en face du metro proche de tout par contre on dormaient pas bien à cause du bruit et le lit était très dur le petit déjeuner est médiocre pas trop de choses pourtant on est rest12 nuits c’était toujours le même menu nous avons que de petites quantités le personnel était normal à part yusuf "

The staff were generally nice and polite. However, the only real negative experience was during checkout at 3 AM. I had five bags with me, and the staff member at reception didn’t even offer to help — he just stood there watching. That left a bad impression after an otherwise pleasant stay."
