Fantastic location, away from the huge crowds and hectic noise, some good local eateries within 2 minutes walk but 10 minute walk to the key attractions and 15 minute wal to the various big eating districts

This hotel was the perfect place to stay. The location was super convenient to all the main historic sites and plenty of restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful and staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable plus the view from my room was lovely - I looked out over the sea and a palace ruin.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room upon arrival had no drapery across the sliding door that looked directly into the bedroom and we needed to chase the staff a couple of times to get it fixed. all else was great and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast !

Loved the staff and their willingness to help guests. Everyone was very friendly and they made us feel home. Breakfast was traditional and very good. Adding honey combs to breakfast, like other hotels, would have made it much better. The only challenge is that the hotel entrance is towards the bottom on a downhill road. Overall it was a great experience.

Staff were amazing and will do anything to help you no matter what position they hold. There was a huge breakfast buffet with local varied dishes and breads as well as cheeses and eggs. Our room and bathroom were the perfect size for the two of us traveling. The restaurant overlooks the ruins and the outside is sheltered. It was very quiet away from the noise and traffic of busy streets but easy to walk to the sights.They had umbrellas to borrow if it rains.we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend staying there.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very happy with my experience. The staff were always attentive, respectful, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel at home. The breakfast area was beautiful, and the view while enjoying breakfast was absolutely amazing. Our room was spotless, and the furniture was of quality. The location is perfect, with easy access to Sultanahmet, and I would definitely stay here again.

We booked a room with balcony — ample space with sea view. However, the balcony space wasn’t accessible to us since the door only opened from the top, bottom is stuck, so even my 3-year old child couldn’t go in.

All I can say is my experience in Istanbul with GLK was amazing! Staff were so helpful, resourceful, and accommodating. Property and rooms are very clean, well maintained, and the ocean view room was great. They have a beautiful terrace area where breakfast is served every morning and you can sit out there at night to whine down from your busy day. Definitely recommend! It’s close to restaurants, bazar, blue mosque and many other attractions. 10/10! Thank you GLK for my great experience!

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, and our room was beautifully air-conditioned and very comfortable. Having breakfast in the lovely garden with a stunning sea view was amazing, and the indoor breakfast hall was perfectly cool. The staff was professional, smiling, and highly helpful. We chose a balcony room which over looked the Sea of Marmara and the Blue Mosque. The staff was so welcoming and the location was walking distance to the Topkapi palace, the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar and so many more. We would definitely return and stay again.
