"We stayed as a family and were disappointed with several aspects of the hotel. The room was dirty, the bathroom was grimy, and the furnishings were stained. When we complained on the first night, we were told no alternative rooms were available. The staff were not particularly friendly, and the overall atmosphere felt off. Only after Expedia intervened were we moved to another room. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory, and I would not book here again."

"Staff is super professional and kind! Both in the breakfast room as well as in the reception! Room was incredibly beautiful with a stunning view of Sultanahmet! The rooftop restaurant where the breakfast is served it’s breathtaking! The hotel is located near everything you need and very close to the Gran Bazar, Sultanahmet square where there is a Tramway stop that gives you the opportunity to get everywhere without any stress. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know not only because of its location and beautiful features but because of its wonderful staff as well! Mirco "

"The location of this hotel is its biggest problem. It’s not close to public transit which makes it very difficult to get around if you’re not a hardy walker. The beds are very firm and not all Kingsize if that’s important to you. The staff do their best to help solve problems. On the positive side, the breakfast is good, served on the top floor with a gorgeous view of the Bosporus. The spa is fantastic! We were given 2 spa treatments on the house. The Lavender Body Scrub and Massage was amazing. This hotel is a nice 3 star but it doesn’t come close to the 5 star hotels we have stayed in around the world. "
