The service was outstanding and the staff went above and beyond. We'd forgotten a jacket at a previous hotel and one of the busboys walked over to get it. The rooms are a bit dated but the service made up for it. Also a very central and convenient location.

The service and housekeeping was superb. The Hotel is convenient, informative, and affable. The restaurant has an excellent breakfast, excellent lunch and dinner but the spectacular aspect is the view. Culminating with the view ( especially for children ) is the rooftop where they can feed the birds. The staff does a wonderful job creating a magical atmosphere for all involved. I travel a lot and recommend this hotel in the highest regard!
