"Where do I start? My husband and I absolutely LOVE this hotel. What makes it amazing is the staff and mgmt. truly outstanding service and they try to go above and beyond to surprise the guests and keep us engaged and happy. Special managers that are superb: Bulent Colak & Nilgun … they got to know us and made us feel so welcome. Definitely must return next time we are in Turkey. Divan is an excellent brand! "

"Perfect, we were upgraded to a suite this time. We stay here every year at least once, I like the pool, parking facilities and proximity to the airport and shopping centre, my wife loves the hotel and spa, always has a massage and swim"

"Restaurants in hotel are just OK. Better food can be found at nearby Hilltown shopping center. The room is generally in good condition with exception to the carpet showing dirty marks. Front desk staff is proficient but didn't give a particular warm or welcoming vibe expected in a 5-star hotel. My stay is overall positive."
