The entire staff was super helpful and kind. We were a group of 18 and they checked us in so quickly. Sam was amazing and very informative on where to take the tram and things to do near by. Great hotel!

Room was great. Shower and bathroom was a highlight. The staff could not have been more helpful. No breakfast available but teas and coffees available via reception and kettle in the room with coffee makings. Bakery and cafe at end of block. Perfectly situated, two minutes from TI tram line to grand bazar and related tourist stops. An easy ten min walk to Galataport cruise terminal. Flat all the way. A perfectly comfortable stay in a family run 3 star hotel. I would use it again every time.

Room cleaning every single day, including air conditioning and the staff was so helpful and kind - especially Sam and the other receptionists. They helped us find tours, places to go, places to eat etc. Would definitely recommend!

Very convenient location, just a block away from the trains, buses, and ferries. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Room had some dings but still clean and very comfortable. Water pressure is good. Close to Taksim Square, and more importantly the trolley that goes up to Taksim Square (unless you like a casual 12 minute walk straight uphill)

Hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. Sam is a superb nice guy who went above & beyond to provide useful information needed to make our visit as enjoyable as possible. I would not expect this kind of services in other hotels. The hotel is in very convenient location walking distance to Bosphorus. The only complaint is street noise at night. This was taken care of after the manager was informed.

I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. We were greeted, after a long day of travel from the U.S., by the most friendly, welcoming staff who made us immediately feel like family. The rooms were perfect and clean, the shower amazing, and the whole atmosphere fantastic. I would most definitely re-book this venue should my travels ever pass that way again. Thank you to an awesome staff for such a pleasant stay, and I wish you all much success.

Maryam, Ardalan, Sinan, Sam, and Hamzeh truly made our experience memorable. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed. Excellent location at the foot of Istanbul’s hippest neighborhood. 200 meters from the tram to the Old City and a 10-minute walk to Istakal street near the Taksim end. Room was small but perfect if like us you plan to spend a couple of days exploring the city and just need a clean and quiet place to crash.

We had a lovely time at union hotel. The staff went above and beyond with their level of service and kindness. Someone is always available if you need and everyone was so helpful. We had a small issue with our AC during the heat wave but they were quick to find solutions. Location is perfect as well for access to the team and the cool neighborhoods like taksim galata and Cihangir. They have great recommendations and organized our airport shuttle for us which was a huge help. Would 100% come back here again!!

Fantastic location. Quiet but close enough to the tram to go sightseeing. In a very easy to travel around location. Was able to get to the main tourist sites within 20 mins max. If you like a stroll that’s longer it’s safe to walk as well. If not, There are trams metros and ferries right outside. A few cafes close by. And a five min walk away is galataport. It felt pretty safe to come and go. the staff was super helpful in making sure I had what I needed. They checked in with me to make sure I’m not missing anything and made a point to have friendly conversations with all the guests. They were also helpful in mapping directions. They have an option for airport transfer for a fee. I would reccomend this place.
