Some staff can be a litrle rude but that probably due to language and communication. But best to read everything about amenities so you are well aware of the facilities and how to access them which shoild avoid any confusion or surprises.

Her şey gerçekten çok güzeldi. Otelin temizliği, konforu ve sunduğu hizmetten çok memnun kaldık. Kendimizi evimizde gibi rahat hissettik. Özellikle çalışanların güler yüzlü, ilgili ve saygılı olması bizi çok mutlu etti. Ramazan, Mert, Melek ve tüm ekibe göstermiş oldukları ilgi ve misafirperverlik için çok teşekkür ederiz. All the hotel, staff and everything was well maintained It was our first holiday and really enjoyed it very nice experience
