"Great location, beautiful, clean room, helpful staff. Enjoyed the piano player in the lobby. Partial sea view room was spacious and comfortable, but the view was mainly of the huge Hyatt hotel. Overall a wonderful stay in a vibrant part of the city."

"The Pera Palace is a ten out of ten. The staff is super friendly. I loved the rose tea ant check-in. Emma, the concierge, was so friendly and showed me to my room. We took the antique elevator. I enjoyed that very much. The room felt like home with nicely framed and paintings, graceful furniture, heavy curtains and an antique rug. The bedding was soft with an embroidered pillow case and the bed was quite comfortable. I liked the turn down service in the early evening. A friendly fellow would knock on the door and hand me chocolates. There were some very nice healthy dried fruit snacks and small pastries in the room. The place is part museum and the cafes and parlors were superb. I now have some very fond memories of Istanbul. Tekim at check out did a perfect job and the bellman Kemal was very helpful."

Additionally, Mr. Mohammad Saberpour from the Guest Relations Department was extremely helpful, ensuring that our room received the best possible service and demonstrating outstanding hospitality. My spa experience was equally memorable, thanks to Mina Mehr, who explained all services thoroughly and professionally, making the experience very enjoyable. I also highly recommend Anna, the massage therapist, whose professionalism and expertise provided much relief for my shoulder and back pain. Furthermore, Cellal First at the breakfast area was exceptionally helpful in securing our tables, greeting us with a genuine smile and warm hospitality that set a wonderful tone for each morning. Overall, the dedication and warm hospitality of the staff made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel for its outstanding service and welcoming environment."
