"The one room apartment had everything needed, other than hand soap. It was clean and quiet, and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately the WI-FI information posted on the wall and in the booklet was incorrect so I was unable to log in. There are 3 rental units and luckily when I knocked on the next door, someone staying there had the correct WiFi access information so all was well."

"Nice location and screened porch. Overall perfect for 4 people with nice amenities. The mattresses are not the best. The key box was difficult to find in the dark- when standing at the entry door it’s behind you in a corner. "

"The house wasn’t cleaned at all. I spent two hours cleaning. The couch was awful, inside and out. The bathroom showers were dirty and the overall house and pool area wasn’t clean. "

"Overall, a great stay and I can't see how anyone wouldn't be happy with this property. The property manager was responsive and helpful...there was constant communication leading up to our arrival. The booking was very professionally handled through a property management company.The house is great...the photos and description are pretty accurate. It's not the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for. The house is in a nice quiet subdivision with lots of retail and restaurants nearby within a few minutes away.Our trip was a Spring Training trip with the "fellas", and the house was an easy 20–25-minute drive to the Yankees ballpark and downtown Tampa (Yankees & Bolts).Overall, a winner! Just read the description and view the photos.... there really aren't any surprises."
