"Breakfast was great! Rooms clean, Comfortable Bed, safe location! Check In Customer Service Rep Angela, was very knowledgeable! gave great directions on how to get to our venue for the wedding.. instructions on how to get to our room, breakfast times, all with a very pleasant and cheerful attitude.."

"The noise levels at night prevented us from getting a good night's rest. Cars with straight pipe exhausts launching from the nearby intersection continued into the wee hours of the morning. The loud HVAC system and failing in-unit refrigerator added to the issue. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and courteous. Our room and the common areas were very clean."

"The owners family who also work there sit in the lobby like it’s their home, makes it very uncomfortable. The breakfast spread is bare minimum and not stocked. The hot tub is actually a small kiddy pool that was locked with a key and we had to ask for it to be opened at 5pm. There are drug addicts who live in their car in the parking lot and wonder the hall. The rooms are extremely tiny with plastic wood imitation floors that are coming up. The windows can’t be used cause there is an apartment complex behind it that have windows looking straight into the hotel. It was very very poorly maintained."
