The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel itself was clean. Our room was clean but a spot on the carpet. Buffet was nicely set up. If you are a healthy eater, you may not find much. Overall, I will stay hear again. Thank you to the staff!

Mason was very welcoming and helped solved an issue when we checked it. Room was clean initially during our four night stay. Room was refreshed only after the first night. Even when we asked at the front desk, nothing was done. We ended up asking at the desk for fresh towels. A communication was lost somewhere between the front desk and housekeeping.

The first two rooms we were sent to had a strong mildew smell. Reminded me of dirty socks in a gym. The third room we accepted but it also had a faint smell of mildew. Must say, we were very disappointed. We've stayed at your hotel in tge past and thecroom we stayed in smelled fresh and clean.

This hotel really does it right. It is centrally located and offers a complementary breakfast. The staff I encountered on check in, middle of stay and check out were fantastic. I felt at home and easily could have stayed several more nights if my calendar was not so tight. I will come back and stay again and will consider this brand for future stays.
