"From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was special. It was already dark outside, but the property felt so warm and inviting. Families were gathered everywhere—people were watching a movie from the pool, others were sitting around fire pits making s’mores, and when I went inside to check in, there was a family playing a board game in the lobby. It honestly felt like stepping back to a simpler time when families spent quality time together instead of staring at screens. The family bunk room was perfect for our family of five. It was comfortable, well-designed, and gave everyone plenty of space. We also loved the complimentary continental breakfast, free parking, and all the family-friendly activities. It’s easy to see why they’re known for their family experience. The staff was incredibly courteous and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. This place is truly something special, and we will definitely be back!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had some hot items, biscuits each day, and sausage or eggs depending on the day. The pool was perfect for what we needed. I've never had such a great hotel experience at such a low price. It was perfect for my son and me and I'd absolutely stay here again! "

"This place was wonderful. I was incredibly surprised by how clean the room was. The slow jazz playing outside when you arrive is a fantastic touch, The breakfast was by far one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The staff was wonderful. I highly recommend anyone to Give this place a chance before going to one of the chain hotels"

"It was super nice and clean. The beds were a little uncomfortable that is the only reason I am not giving it a 5. I paid a lot to stay somewhere I thought the beds would be nice. But other than that the pools and gyms were super clean and nice. The staff was very polite."

"Room and staff were fantastic. The only improvement would be to the breakfast area. On the weekend, they ran out of several items. The biggest issue: there isn't enough seating for everyone so tables were set up in the entryway. This made it crowded for anyone entering and leaving the hotel."

"We stay at Brookwood Inn every time we come to Branson. : ) You can't beat the price for what you get. Our room was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and we appreciated the free breakfast. After a busy day in Branson, we are usually too tired to stay up late for the cobbler and ice cream, but I bet it's great! Maybe move the time to a little earlier? We love that it's easy to get in and out of the parking lot, and that there is also pirate mini-golf right next door! The rooms are nothing special decor-wise, but the beds were very comfortable. My husband, who is a light sleeper was able to sleep without any issues. If you're looking for a place that serves as a clean, comfortable place to rest your head for the night, this is it!"
