Room was clean........Breakfast food was good but eating area, tables, chairs, floor were very unclean due to people not picking up their food and throwing it away, etc. I know they are short handed.

The Ozarker has made the most out of their property. Even with the smaller, motel-sized rooms and the temps too cold most days to take advantage of the pool, our family of five did great.
