**NOTE - This property requires the ability to climb stairs. There are 2 flights and may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.

**This property is pet friendly. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $75 is required, with a limit of 2 dogs. VRBO & Airbnb bookings can add pet into guest count, all other booking sites must contact us to pay fee separately.
**Prior approval is required for any more than 2 dogs; there is a $25 fee for each additional dog & must be paid separately.
No cats allowed. For all other pets please contact us.

**The pool & hot tub at this location are maintained by the Pointe Royale Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. The condo was very clean. We loved the well stocked kitchen. Our favorite thing to do was to cuddle on the couch in front of the fire. Our stay was peaceful and quiet. We would gladly stay again.

Clean, well stocked with anything you might need including toilet paper and paper towels, gated community was nice so I didn't have to worry about my car being broken into, friendly people in the area. Overall, a very nice place and location to stay at!

This property was great for my husband and I. Bed was very comfortable. Only 10 steps down and property was very quiet. Our yorkies could step right out the patio to potty. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute, clean and steps from the clubhouse and pool! The king bed mattress was very comfortable (and we are pretty picky). The steps mentioned are about ten, not bad at all. The unit is a basement end unit so it was actually very quiet and private. The slider to the ground level patio was super for letting our dog out and for quiet coffee in the mornings. A/C also worked great. Perfect spot for us. 😊

There were some miss communication at first. People before us had a dog that shed, there was still hair on chair legs. Bedspread was dirty and washer was broken. We have two small non shedding dogs. Was convenient for them to go outside. Condo was comfortable and cute. Freedom rentals did fairly compensate us for broken washer.

When we arrived, there were open bottles of fruit juice mixed with alcohol in the freezer. One of them had leaked in the freezer so I had to clean that up. During our stay, I dropped a hair clip and moved the couch, which is sitting in the middle of the room, to look under it. There was all kinds of dust, pet hair and trash under it. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience but their cleaning service is definitely lacking.

When we first arrived there were gnats everywhere so we got some spray and thought maybe its the garbage disposal, whatever. I can live with some gnats. We bought some bread to have toast for dinner and breakfast and the next morning the loaf had been bitten into an some of it eaten by a mouse. I wasnt able to get a picture of the mouse, he was too quick, but I do have pictures of the bag of bread bitten into and photos of gnats in my coffee. I rated low on communication because I have emailed the property management and I have not gotten any response.
