It was okay, but not very clean. There was a rat trap left out on the back patio with rat poop all around it. Dead bugs were all over the inside, including on top of the stove. All the dishes were extremely dirty. Floor was not very well swept. It just looked like they had not rented the cottage in a long time and hadn’t bothered to check it before we stayed. They also try to rope you into a timeshare sales pitch even though you have bought and paid for the room with no intention of dealing with timeshare nonsense. Capital vacations is a horrible company. I would not recommend any of their properties. I have stayed at the grand crown in Branson, which is also a capital vacations property. The room there was old and not well kept either.

The property grounds were very well kept and maintained. You feel safe with having a gated entrance and having your own little house (cottage) was great for our family. The downside was the cleanliness of the bathroom upstairs. Overall it appeared clean but the toilet area didn’t look like it had been wiped down or cleaned. The doors to the bedroom and bathroom were dirty and had Cheeto? hand prints on and around the handles. There were dried boogers all over the toilet paper holder on the wall. The towels were like sand paper. Other than the bathroom, the rest of the house was well maintained.

This property was very nice & easy & convenient. It was 15 minutes away from the strip. The rooms & bathrooms was very nice & very spacious. Nice two big living room & great kitchen & dining area. I will return to this property again. The staff was very friendly & welcome us with warm welcome & reach out to us everyday about the activities events.

The property is on the side of a hill by Table Rock Lake. All the rentals are so cute with their different colors houses and beautiful landscaping. Security at the entrance so I felt safe

This is a time share property. We got the hard press at check in even after we said we were not interested in doing any of that. Then our house was up a bunch of stairs and had no off street parking even after we requested that it have as little steps and off street parking due to handicap and small children. Then place was mostly clean but have ZERO hot water and when we called to have it fixed we were told the maintenance people couldn't get to it until the next day. We traveled for hours, had tired and dirty small children we couldn't even give a proper bath for bed. We had to call again mid-morning to get someone to come fix it. Absolutely nothing was given in return for not being able to shower or bathe for the first day we were there.

It was ok… not the best Branson has to offer. There was dog poop all in our cottages small front yard, and the floors were dirty upon arrival. It’s nice and quiet but it is NOT walking distance to anything. Lighthouse was pretty cool to walk up in. Very small indoor pool.

This resort was very nice, the property was very cute, clean and cozy. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was upon check in, the concierge makes you go to the booth across to get your parking pass where there are gentlemen who in the process of getting your parking pass try to sell you show tickets for a cheaper price in exchange of listening to their sales pitch and tour on how to book future stays and do a “time share” like tour they say will take about an hour and you have to schedule a time before you can purchase tickets. The one gentleman was very persistent and after driving for 8 hrs, all we wanted to do was get our parking pass and get to our property we were staying at. If it wasn’t for this persistent pitch, I would give this review 5 stars across the board.

Stormy Point was wonderful!!! I was a bit nervous bc we had not been there before but it was wonderful and we will go back there to stay!!! Great lodging….cottage just as pictured online. Great amenities…everything I needed was there…including 2 packs laundry detergent. I was impressed!!! Love this place. No wonder it’s so highly recommended!!

The poperty has a fun look about it and the staff was helpful when they hadn’t stocked the coffee and the coffee pot was broken. We were enjoying our stay until the cockroach crawled across the wall as we were getting ready for bed. On the same night we were woke up in the middle of the night by an animal somewhere behind the walls or attic trying to scratch their way through. Had it not been our last night we would have definitely requested a cottage change. Now I just worry I may be bringing cockroaches home with us.

The condo was nice but you have zero parking. We called the office to find out where we needed to park and they told us just park on the road. Be aware they will try the sell you a time share at check in and are very rude when you tell them you are not interested

The place was wonderful and a great area. Only complaint is that we did not have hot water for the entire stay. It was lukewarm and very uncomfortable to take a shower and could not utilize the bathtub.

It was nice to be in a house vs a hotel. There was trash around the vicinity. Previous guests had dropped a dental pick in the shrubs and that was nasty. The shower seat in the upstairs shower was cracked.
