A for Brasilia typical hotel in the dedicated hotel area with well trained staff but big differences in the execution, some some staff member were unbelievable friendly and helpful and other staff member were invisible.

Everything was ok, except there was no coffee/tea machine in the rooms. I asked for hot water and paid for it! Also, one of the three elevators was out of order for several days, and due to the large number of passengers, we waited a long time for the elevators.

Dirty shower upon arrival. Except for the bed and a powerful shower, everything is garbage. TV didn’t work and The guest service never made an attempt to get me a better room. The breakfast (extra charge) it’s as good as any 2 star hotel. The front desk never asked me if I had a car, or provided information where to park, I had to figure it out. There is people walking around the parking area, that approach the hotel guest at anytime to sell “payers”. I was approached from behind at 11:30 pm as I was getting my luggage from the trunk , and there is no security. NOT SAFE. TOO EXPENSIVE. NOT WORTH!!!

Ok mas sempre é possível melhorar

Quarto amplo, limpeza ok , piscina ok (gelada poderiam climatizar ) academia poderiam por mais equipamentos híbridos , café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar nas reposições e qualidade de alguns pães , por dois dias tinha pão de forma seco e duro , mensageiros super atenciosos,meninas da limpeza ótimas , pessoal do balcão alguns ok outros nem tanto ( mau humorados ) no geral tudo certo , mas esperava um pouco mais pela categoria !!
