Alugamos um quarto pelo hotéis.com, mas não verdade o quarto não fazia parte da administração do hotel, e sim de um particular, cuja comunicação não era nada fácil. Nosso checkin estava previsto para 15h, porém só conseguimos entrar no quarto por volta de 17 horas pois estava em manutenção. Banheiro antigo com cortina no lugar do Box. Quarto triplo, porém com cama de casal, e apesar de anunciarem a tarifa para 3, cobra adicional por hóspede. Apenas 2 tomada no quarto inteiro. Colchão bem ruim, não são fornecidos cobertores. Valor não corresponde com o que é ofertado.

O hotel é bonito. No entanto, o quarto em que fiquei era um completo horror. Telefone sem funcionar (pra acionar serviço de quarto precisava descer), paredes com reboco caindo e amostra. A equipe do hotel foi excelente: muito acolhedora, educada e sempre solícita. No entanto, tivemos um problema estrutural grave no quarto que comprometeu significativamente a estadia. A caixa do vaso sanitário estava rachada, causando vazamento constante de água. Para evitar que continuasse vazando, foi necessário fechar o registro, o que dificultou bastante o uso do banheiro. Além disso, o frigobar também apresentou vazamento, formando poças de água no banheiro e em parte do quarto. Apesar de a cama estar limpa e termos conseguido dormir, o transtorno foi grande e afetou diretamente o conforto e a funcionalidade do quarto. Considerando os problemas enfrentados e o impacto na experiência, acredito que seria justo ao menos um reembolso parcial do valor pago.

Sem queixas quanto às dependências comuns do hotel. O quarto, porém, apesar de amplo, muito limpo e contar com camas confortáveis, pode melhorar e ser modernizado. É que os móveis estão velhos (porta do guarda-roupas não fecha, cabeceira da cama possui algumas partes soltas, por exemplo), no banheiro o assento não é adequado para o vaso sanitário, está com luzes queimadas, tomadas e trincos quebrados.
