Achei o chão do quarto e do banheiro sujos, aliás com sujidades antigas, as vezes é bom limpar o espaço com algum tipo de detergente.

O hotel é um pouco antigo, mas nada que deixasse minha estadia ruim. O quarto é enorme, espaçoso e ótimo. O atendimento foi excelente. O café da manhã estava delicioso. Super indico esse hotel!!

Convenient location
Spacious room on higher floor with amazing views. It is a bit old but keep it nice and clean. Breakfast has variety of fruits which are great. Wish reception speaks more English and they are generally very helpful

No secure parking.
Was very disappointing that for a hotel of this size, location and pride, there is no secure parking. You are on your own to find parking somewhere and hope that your vehicle does not get vandalized.

Hotel bem localizado e ótimo café da manhã, mas infelizmente a idade do imóvel já está trazendo alguns transtornos. Durante a minha estadia, o ar condicionado central estava em manutenção e não tinha água quente para tomar banho.

Very good stay overall.
The check in was reasonably quick and the service was excellent. The room felt a bit outdated and amenities were older. The view was great, and the included breakfast was fantastic.

Very nice! The beds and pillows were comfortable, and we loved the continental breakfast. It was outstanding. The was hard to turn on and was a little confusing to operate with two remotes instead of one.

I liked the property when I checked in but the mattress was terrible and I ended up hurting my back what made me come back home one day earlier. The people of the front desk were okay but at the breakfast NOBODY ever asked if I needed anything. Terrible customer service. I was told by Expedia that I only had to pay around $6.00 but I was charged 10% of service taxes.

Given what we had paid for two nights bed and breakfast plus flights to and from Salvador I was expecting a simple travel lodge type hotel but in fact this was distinctly upmarket! A delightful plus as we were treating our son and daughter in law who live in Salvador to the trip and the unexpected luxury added significantly to the treat
