Sincerely, it's probably the best hotel in Brasilia. It's clean, staff are amazing, I really like the breakfast and the rooms are very nice. The view of the monuments is incredible, I was lucky to be on the 12th floor and still be jetlagged from europe, so I saw the sun rise over the city and it was incredible

This hotel is amazing! We absolutely loved it. Very quiet. Extremely comfortable beds. The staff took such great care of us. The view from our room was amazing. We left the curtains open so we could wake up to it. This hotel is perfect. Stay here. You will love it!

There was a cockroach on the breakfast buffet and flies landing everywhere. Either close the windows and turn on the AC or put a cover over the food. I lost my appetite. The elevators are old and the door to my room failed to work several times. I was told to wait outside my door until the repairman arrived. I stood there for 2 minutes and gave up. I won’t be coming back.

O apartamento é excelente . Confortavel, grande . Equipe super atenciosa. Só a ducha higienica qie estava vazando um pouco tinha que lembrar de fechar e TV que funcionou a smart pela internet no domingo e 2a e 3a nao conectou mais, problema tipico soa hiteis de BSB nao sei porque. Dou esse feedback pq acho que se esse problema nao tivesse acontecido, seria 10 em tudo

Pontos a melhorar (apto 1312): fraca iluminação no banheiro; vazamento box; luz cabeceira não funcionava; falta de tomadas no quarto; não houve reposição de amenities (touca e sabonete barra); pouca potência no chuveiro; os cartões tiveram problemas e precisamos descer até a recepção para substituir 3x.

Péssima experiência, o Hotel estava cheio, o setor hoteleiro também, não havia no estacionamento em frente ao hotel, contudo parei o carro perto, ainda no setor hoteleiro, e durante a noite, estouraram o vidro e roubaram pertences que estavam no carro.
