I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotless throughout my visit. The location was perfect, with easy and convenient parking, and close to everything I needed. The amenities were excellent, and breakfast was a real highlight with a great variety of high-quality options.

I was very impressed with the property and the service offered by the entire staff. The hotel is located near many restaurants, shops, etc. I highly recommend staying at the Melia 21 in Brasilia!

We only stayed one night, it was a comfortable stay. We required valet parking, however there was no one available to help us when we arrived which made checking-in more stressful than it needed to be - but when it was sorted it was good to know our car was safely parked nearby. The hotel has good amenities, clean comfortable room and breakfast was great.

Overrated. The property is under renovation and during the day, the noise in the room is unbearable. The room was dated and the shower was rather unpleasant. Service is understaffed over the weekends, room cleaning was minimal (with indulgence) and bar staff is overwhelmed with only few customers. The gym was nice, the pool to be avoided. Massage was fantastic tho provided by a third party. Many thanks to the lounge team. Will not return or recommend. Needs a lot of work both on the property and management.

First I’d like to say that the staff was amazing mainly a guy named Roger at the reception who helped us all the way during our stay. He was gentle , efficient , polite; a pleasure to deal with . The location of the hotel was good and made it easy to move around. You definitely need a car in this city. The property itself is not noisy , but the surrounding bars make a lot of noise and it seems nobody cares about it ; it takes time to fall asleep . The property is getting dated and needs renovation. Initially we were placed in a not very nice room , but after I discussed with front desk about the state of the room we were moved to a better room although the room’s floor was really dusty and walking bare feet was not good . The hotel apologized about the room being not satisfactory and sent us a beautiful basket with fruit and champagne which was very kind and we did appreciate it . The king suite Junior level gives you access to a private lounge where we can get the check in done, also breakfast in a more exclusive environment and some snacks and beverages during the day which was nice. I think that the staff made our stay worthwhile because the hotel was lacking. The restaurant was good and so it was the gym , although both are not run by the hotel . Parking was a bit of a challenge as the parking ticket did not worked properly to open the barrier to allow us to get out; although the service is offered by the hotel at a cost , it is outsourced like the gym and restaurant.
