We arrived 1.5hrs before check in at 15.00 . We were advised room would not be ready until 15.00 but could upgrade . Seemed like a rip off as upgrade cost £121.40 but were tired so accepted . Despite this we had leaking tap that flooded bathroom . They “fixed it” but 24hrs later same again . It took 48 hrs to obtain an ironing board and iron ( the iron was very basic so did not work well) . We used the bar twice and despite it advertising gin and tonic the barman did not know how to make so we had to show him . We had dinner the last evening both eating the same and during the night both of us were unwell. The reception staff were not very helpful . The one positive was the breakfast was good .

Undergoing renovations, Extremely dirty and noisy!!! Besides that, cleaning lady was always rude. Front desk staff was mostly nice. To access the pool you have to cross the entire hotel through the basement and several construction areas.

Great stay, great room but the construction noise starting at 7:30 AM is pretty mind-numbing. The patio doors are very thin so no escape. Overall a good stay, fantastic breakfast and very kind staff.

Under extensive renovation.scaffolding surrounding entire property. A bit dated property with wonderful staff and nice breakfast. Definitely not a 5 star hotel!! Not even lotion or shower gel for amenities. Nice linens and towels. I was happy the rooms weren’t carpeted,only the halls.

Centrally located hotel, one line behind the central city axis. Staff members are really nice and helpful. Special thanks to Kamilla. Rooms are good, some parts are a bit old though. Some renovation. works are ongoing, so they are trying to improve, which is good. Breakfast restaurant is very good, spacious and comfortable with a good choice of food. Overall, a nice hotel with a good price - quality ratio. Thanks.

The bottle of water in the room was 9.9 BRL. It was too expensive. And the notice explaining that it was an additional charge was in very small letters. They should have written that in larger letters. In other countries like Middle Eastern hotels, bottled water is usually free, so I drank it thinking it was free.

Love the hotel, every time I stay in Brasilia this is the place to go. Breakfast is awesome, shower is great(very important in a hotel) beds are usually good but this time I got an older mattress but told the staff and they said they will take care of it.
