Modern/comfortable prime location, friendly staff

I enjoyed my stay at Upper House Brasov. The friendly staff is exceedingly polite and, during my stay, helped me have my laundry cleaned. No A/C but still very comfortable and the location is perfect for a short walk to the town square.

Welcoming staff, spacious room with very comfortable beds and good, clean shower room. Lovely view over the old town and judt under Mount Tampa. Within easy walking distance of the main square and restaurants.

Excellent!!!!

This is a great hotel. Try to get a view room, I booked the last room at the hotel and had no view. The checkin women was very nice and answered all my questions and spoke excellent English. The young girl who takes care of the evening was also very nice. Excellent breakfast, Excellent room and location is very good. I would stay here again, 5 star all the way.

Hotel is great and the staff are user-friendly and helpful also location is great near old town and restaurants the only drawback was that we booked a superior room with living room safe box and AC and we were given another room with none of the mentioned . They tried making it up to us when we complained and they offered two free breakfasts however I have to say that were not satisfied

Good location and clean rooms. The room we stayed in was a little dull with decorations and also didn’t have a balcony like it said in the description which was one reason I chose the room.

It is a well located hotel. About 5 minutes walk from the main square albeit away from the rest of the town. The only real downside was no air conditioning but I gather the weather in Brasov is not usually that warm so it may not be an issue most of the time.

Väldigt trevlig personal och oerhört fräscht hotell med bra utsikt och nära till den gamla stadskärnan. Frukosten var väldigt god och det fanns många alternativ att välja mellan.

Tutto perfetto

Personale gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad aiutare i clienti. La camera ha superato le aspettative essendo molto grande, pulita ed è presente anche un frigobar con snack e bevande a prezzi vantaggiosi. Per chi arriva con la macchina ci sono molti posti auto di proprietà di UpperHouse, e questa è una cosa da non sottovalutare nel centro di Brașov.

Fantastic stay!

The ladies and gentleman were phenomenal! Best customer service received anywhere in Romania! It was a bit loud at night but it was also the weekend so this was to be expected. Everything brand new and very clean. Only suggestions would be to have harder pillows and a towel rack near the sink.

Fantastic little hotel!

This was the nicest hotel on our stay everyone took exceptional care of us. They even upgraded us to a room with a fantastic city view. Steps away from the center it was located on a super quiet street. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the beautiful city of Brasov!
