Braswell Holidays

The property was clean and the breakfast was a wonderful experience. The front desk staff went over and beyond with customer service. The maintenance and cleaning staff were very kind and provided additional assistance for me and my family during our stay. The location was perfect with many places within walking distance.

It was an amazing stay. The property was super clean up-to-date. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. The car service for up to 3 miles radius was amazing. I could not be more satisfied with a hotel.

I’m a little bummed after high expectations. The rooftop was closed both nights of our stay due to party reservations. Also, our room was a bunk bed room, which I didn’t expect at all— it felt very summer campy. Furthermore, we were in the basement with two outside walls, so it was very loud. We were awaken on Monday morning at 8:00am exactly to a pressure washer right outside my window. Definitely didn’t feel luxurious. Staff and service was great though. The Valet guys were awesome!!!

Awesome, but beware parking is $55 a night due to being in a court area.

Everything was perfect. We had a great time.
