Poor communication but nice place

It was a very spacious and clean space but the AC was not working and the shower head was broken. When I tried communicating with the staff, they did not answer my calls or emails. It was really hot and we had to shower with a bowl because the showehead didnt work.

I had paid extra for late checkout but the cleaning lady still walked into my room while I was partially undressed. I emailed the apartment and they gave me an extra hour to checkout and the cleaning lady STILL came back in 30 minutes. They didn’t knock they just opened the door. When I told the apartment they said that they asked her and she didn’t walk in the second time. Which is a flat out lie. The exterior of the property is horrible too and the pictures make it look way nicer.

由於節約用電的緣故，你晚上等候電梯如不持續走動，感應燈會熄滅，細膽會被嚇壞。地點算方便，步行5分鐘有大型商場及超市，可步行往舊城區，離開跨境巴士站亦是數分鐘步行路程。

Absolútne zlý pocit, apartmán nevykúrený, všade zima.v takej zime sa nedá posedieť a pozerať TV. V kúpelni ešte väčšia zima.Ráno sme zobudili do zimy. Pokazolo celkom iný dojem. Uvažovali sme odísť a hladať iní ubytovaniíe.Ostali sme, v recepcii nám povedali, že na večer sa bude kúríť.Vôbec sa nekúrilo. Vonku bolo cez deň cca 17-18 stupňov v noci 8-10 stupňov.Nevážite si takýmto šetrením nákladov hostí.Tento Business&Family Ambiente Apartments nebudem odporúčať.

A nice room and good location near to river and not far from old town, one thing I would change is the lighting, the room was very dark, I would suggest to switch the current lightbulbs to something brighter such as LED.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr sauberes, großes und ruhiges Apartment. Man ist in ca. 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Das Service sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und hilfreich. Eigentlich schade dass wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten. Die Parkgarage im Gebäude ist extra zu bezahlen.

Апартаменты рядом с автовокзалом

Останавливались в данном отеле семейной парой. Апартаменты выбирали исходя из географического расположения. До автовокзала 8 мин. пешком. До старого города минут 15. Номер соответствует описанию на сайте, мебель вся новая, кто хочет самостоятельно готовить такая возможность есть. Очень удобная кровать и теплые одеяла, ночью открывали окно. Недостаток был в освещении номера - очень тусклые лампочки. Остановились бы еще раз в данном отеле - однозначно ДА.

Would definitely stay again.

Exceptional contact in advance, extremely welcoming and let us access our apartment very early on day of arrival with genuinely helpful reception staff recommending restaurants and what to do in the small amount of free time we had. Apartment was spacious and well equipped. A few scuff marks on walls etc and one loose section on the wooden floor. Apartment was very quiet with no road noise, heating could be altered in each room on radiator thermostats. Close to bus stops so easy access from airport and also walking distance to old town.
