Martin è un host davvero disponibile, l'alloggio è così come da descrizione, pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario per qualche giorno in città. Unica pecca è l'odore di umidità, facilmente sistemabile con l'utilizzo di profumatori ambienti e deumidificatori (che sono già presenti in casa).
