Good facility for business stay

As a business trip it was good to have the upgrade to a suite. Good standards at the hotel. The Executive Lounge however needs to function as others do with food and drinks. Credit card machine didn’t work as I checked out - disruptive. Overall it was okay.

The front desk personnel were very helpful as well as the doormen. Generally, everyone was helpful and friendly. The money exchange services with the Western Union in the hotel was less than ideal. They never had exact change. We appreciated the upgrade to a business class room but there was not much difference from a standard room.

Lovely oasis in Brazza

We had a wonderful stay at the Raddison in Brazza. The hotel is new and the facilities are top notch- gorgeous pool, delicious resturant, and close to everything you need in town. The staff went out of their way to help us and make sure that we had a fantastic stay. Two enthusiastic thumbs up- would definitely stay there again

Area is subject t periodic power blackouts. One occurred while we were dining in the terrace dining area, and within 15 seconds the backup generator came on and nobody missed a beat.

Horrible experience

The AC in the entire hotel was not working. The room had stains on the carpet and cigarette burns on the coffee table. When I asked to change rooms, the one offered was not better. The bathroom was unclean, with stains on the floor and on the sink. Please do not stay there.

J'ai fait ma réservation via Hotels.com de part mon statut, je bénéficiais normalement d'un petit-dejeuner offert par jour pour une personne. Je n'ai jamais pu me faire entendre ou faire comprendre à la réception que je bénéficiais de cet avantage, alors que je leur montrais ma réservation et c'était clairement indiqué dessus. Je trouve cela très dommage et j'ai payé pour quelque chose qui était offert.
