"Possibly the best hotel in Pointe Noire. It is a very nice place but it unfortunately fails at times to exploit its full potential. As a hotel under the Hilton brand, I expected it to do the things u see in Hilton around the world. There were no doorman to help with luggage when I arrive nor was there anyone available to help me with luggage to take me to my room when I first checked in.
