REFUSED A REFUND AT THE LAST DAY OF BOOKING AND HAD TO BOOK AT ANOTHER HÔTEL ACCROSS THE STREET. SENT COUNTLESS MESSAGES NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. DATED ROOMS AND MISERABLE STAFF. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!
