"Horrible hotel and staff. Woken up at 7am both mornings by the cleaning crew and and lying staff. Wouldn’t let me cancel my réservation or refund my money. Do not stay here the reviews are fake."

"Room showed its age. Pull out sofa bed mattress was but a few inches thick; our 45lb child complained they could feel the metal bed frame through the mattress, so I can’t imagine an adult using it. Also, avoid rooms near the pool, which gets rather noisy until it closes at ~9pm and can be heard from inside the room. On the positive side, the location cannot be beat with walkout access to Tremblant’s village centre."

"Everything was great, only expected a patio. Not all the rooms have them. The lockers were amazing, parking was excellent. Accessed the lifts out the door and maybe 40 metres. Perfect!"
