"L’accueil des propriétaires a été très agréable et ils étaient disponibles pour nos questions. La maison est bien équipée et pratique. Le jardin est très bien. Il est clos comme indiqué sur l’annonce, cependant attention pour les gens avec de gros chiens, les clôtures ne sont pas très hautes (moins de 1m). "Friendly staff & more efficient air conditioning than we have found in multiple hotels in France this year was very welcome. As was the free welcome cocktail which came with the carpeted room. Less good, though, was the way the television turned itself on every time we came back into the room & put the key into the slot adjacent to the door, that our queen-size double bed was a bit saggy in the middle, the shower was another one of the doorless types, which meant that splash into the rest of the bathroom & beyond was inevitable & the street light immediately outside our window did not have a shade on it. This meant that, even though blackout curtains were in place, some light still showed around them, which was unfortunate. Also, the windows were only double-glazed (not triple or more), which meant that the sound of the radios from the parked cars below our window was unpleasantly audible in our room. Thank you."

"We had breakfast at all the hotels we stayed at. The breakfast here was the least expensive and not quite as good as the others. As a fun note when we arrived late morning we knew it was early for check in. The street in front of the hotel was blocked off for a farmers market. It was a great chance to see the fish, vegetables, breads and cheeses we could have bought. But getting on the plane the next day buying was not an option. We parked a public lot a block away overnight. We took what we needed for one night out rather than drive the car up with our heavy bags. The people running the hotel were very very nice. Great location to see the cathedral and the castle."
