Located in the Vista Point subdivision of Breckenridge, Rachel Lane is a great combination of sweeping ski area views, convenient in town location, and riverfront nature. The property is located on a soothing and quiet stream, and hiking trail for both summer and winter enjoyment. With breathtaking views from every room, this home is just the medicine for your vacation blues. The home features many amenities including multiple flat screen TV's, a pool table, air hockey table, two car garage, an entertainment room with a wet bar, and a large hot tub with ski area views!

Right when stepping into the home, you are greeted with wood floors leading to a cozy and quiet living area complete with leather couches and a gas fireplace. Just off of the main living area, you will be dazzled by the granite and stainless covered kitchen, outfitted with every possible gadget and appliance you would need for warm and inviting home cooked meals. The kitchen opens up to the main den, complete with a nice sized flat screen and super comfy couches, making it easy to cook, eat, and watch the game at the same time. The main level has two bedroom, one with a pillowy queen bed, and the other bedroom has two sets of log twin over twin bunk beds.

The upper level consists of two bedrooms, including the master bedroom, complete with a queen bed, a huge bathroom, and a private deck opening up the the fantastic ski area view. The second bedroom hosts a very nice queen bed, and a great view of the ten mile range. On the lower level you will be blown away by the expansive entertainment area, complete with a pool table, huge flat screen, wet bar, air hockey table, and private patio leading out the the large hot tub.

BRECKENRIDGE NOISE ORDINANCE – Quiet hours are from 10PM – 8AM. Violation of quiet hours is a class 2 petty offense and will result in a fine of up to $600 per violation from the Breckenridge Police Department.
The HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATIONS ARE STRICTLY enforcing any violation to the POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE COUNTY CODE VIOLATION DEPARTMENT.

We stayed with our family at this beautiful Breckenridge home. It was a wonderful Thanksgiving in the mountains. The home had a perfect kitchen for our meal. . Thanksgiving was at the Breckenridge house. We love the Jacuzzi and the view. Will definitely come back here again.

We really enjoyed the property overall. Great location, great floorplan, and nice accommodations! Stayed for a week and had to get creative looking for pantry/storage space in kitchen. Basement couch had a fold out bed that needs cleaning. Hot tub was wonderful! The view was amazing, the nearby trails were great and we enjoyed being able to walk to downtown Breck.

The house was great for four couples and a couple kids, plenty spacious. The stream and walking path that ran by the house were nice and provided relaxing ambient sounds. Kitchen was well stocked so we could cook our own meals there. Close drive to do anything in town. There were landscapers there during the stay that we hadn't been informed of, but this didn't have a large affect on our stay.

Hands down a great weekend and Toby made everything so easy from booking to checking in. House was gorgeous and spacious. The views for morning coffee were breathtaking. Bonus for all of us dog lovers there was a trail behind the house where people walked their dogs. Hot tub was absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend this house enough. If your looking for that getaway you must look here.

The minute I saw this house and by the river, I’m hooked. Always love the sound of rushing water over the rocks. Very relaxing! A big plus is the Mountain View at the porch/deck. Amazing!! Combine this 2 , early morning and late afternoon with a glass of wine, Perfect!! A real place to wind down. Wedding out of town is too much to handle for everybody attending. Finding this property for our family with everything we needed is pure luck. Another luck is, it is close to the bride and groom’s rental house. We were so busy though that we did not get a chance to use the game room with pool table, air hockey and big TV. Not to mention the hot tub, it was very inviting but we just didn’t have time. The kitchen is fully stocked and bathrooms complete with clean towels. For sure if we have to visit Breckenridge again, this house will be it. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year that we have rented this home for our annual family ski house. Having five full bathrooms and four parking spots in a four bedroom house makes this work for our family. Next year we plan on getting a house with even more bedrooms, but otherwise we would consider returning.I wish that we had had a back up propane tank in the garage both years since by the time we realized the propane was out, it was too late to fetch any while still feeding everyone in a timely manner. We loved the family time spent playing pool and soaking in the hot tub, though. We always enjoy the views of the ski slopes from the living room windows. You know you are in ski country when you can watch the snow cats grooming the slopes after dark. We have made many special family memories in this house, and if we have the right number of people in the future, we could be back at this home for a third time.

This is a wonderful house in a great location with a stream running in the backyard. The 4 bedrooms all have their own full bathrooms and are well separated for privacy. The down stairs game, TV room also has a full bathroom. The jacuzzi was very nice and was checked every two days, so was always operational and no worries about adding chlorine etc. The kitchen is nice and moderately equipped. There was plenty of cooking utensils and a variety of oils, spices, S&P etc. However the dinnerware was very odd square plates and only 6 coffee cups. We had 11 adults in our party, so we had to wash cups so everyone could have coffee in the morning. The same applied to the cereal bowls. There wasn't any serving bowls for hot foods either, so these things should be remedied. There was an ice maker in the refrigerator, but none of us could figure out how to make it run. The stove was also difficult, we could run on bake, but never on convection bake. Some instructions for appliances would be very helpful. Additionally, the BBQ grills were completely coated with gunk and had to be seriously cleaned before use. Lastly, the two hideabeds really are not adequate for adults to sleep on. They both sloped to the middle and springs could be felt through the mattress. This sounds like a lot of complaints, but most could be easily remedied. We were there for a family reunion of 11 adults and 2 teens and it was a really great house. the open floor plan on the main floor allowed us all to gather and eat communally. And the pool table and air hockey and jacuzzi were great ways for inter-generational play. We would absolutely stay here again but would figure out other arrangements for sleeping rather than using either hideabed. The wifi was excellent and TV, although other than a world cup game, we didn't use it. Also there is plenty of parking in the garage and the driveway, which is a bonus as street parking is not allowed. It is very close to town and there is a bus stop near by which would be very handy if you were there is winter for skiing. We ate at the Breckenridge Tap room twice and it was great both times.

That being said, the shuttle stops in the area were inconvenient to walk to because of all the snow. It was a 1.4 mile drive to the Gondola parking lot so getting to the slopes was easy. The kitchen was very well equipped. Overall, the accommodations were clean and in good condition. The inside of the house had a number of "group" areas with seating but for our crowd of 10, we could not all fit comfortably in any one space. We enjoyed the air hockey and pool table. There is a gas grill but we did not use that. The garage has parking for two but large vehicles such as a full size truck probably would not fit.
