2nd time visiting Lake Garda Desenzano and the park hotel, like last time we had a wonderful stay, the room we wrre it has had a refurbishment which was nice, shower room was very nicely done and room on the whole was lovely, as was last visit the staff are great and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and Park Hotel is for sure one of the best hotels in Desenzano to stay when visiting

Park hotel is located in a brilliant spot right on the lake front and a few minutes walk to the boat harbour. Staff were outstanding; always welcoming & highly knowledgeable in regards to services and the local area. The hotel is still ongoing decoration work, however our room was located away from this so it didn’t bother us. Our room from lake view with balcony, a wonderful place to start to each day seeing the sun come up over the lake. There are tall trees along the promenade so don’t expect a clear view. The room was neat but quite bare. No pictures on walls or soft furnishings like cushions or throws. It felt like it was either waiting to be decorated, or just hadn’t been furnished. The wardrobe was small and quite cheap looking (like a flat pack). Breakfast is delicious and peaceful. Lots of choice across cooked, continental & pastries. Kettle available in room, but no coffee machine (unusual for a hotel of this standard) and no milk provided in room for tea. Paper cups were also a disappointment and wasteful. Good WiFi in room and everywhere in hotel. Small bar behind main reception with a great cocktail list - the negroni’s are a must! Overall a really nice hotel but just felt considering the price and standard, the bedroom would be slightly higher spec.

First I have to say the pictures make it look amazing (credit to the photographer) so we were slightly disappointed as it's just like any other hotel and this was a special occasion. That said it's probably the only issue we had. The staff were amazing, the food was great and the main areas were well maintained (Our room was looking slightly tired). One suggestion for anyone booking a room with a view over the lake, you need to be at least on the second floor otherwise the trees block the view, I'd suggest the higher the better to be fair although I don't know if there's any disadvantage on being high up.

Perfect hotel in Lake Garda! It is near the ferry and the train. It is also surrounded by shopping and dining. We were able to take the ferry to see some of the other towns round the lake. There were so many sailboats and wind surfers! A really fun location.

Excellent staff, clean and well kept room. The breakfast was brilliant and the service great. Restaurant was first class food! Would not hesitate to go back. Also in the perfect location. There was no noise from outside with the soundproofing.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay… more than 5 star hotels we had stayed lately. Service was amazing. Location was absolutely the best. Breakfast was great in a super cozy and elegant setting. Pool area was wonderful as well. The hotel staff was super courteous with parking which was a huge issue for our family traveling with a toddler. Their dining recommendations were equally good as well.

Beautiful stay at Park Hotel - I highly recomend this place. The staff is particulary helpfull and serviceminded. The place is all over clean, and nicely decorated. The location is perfect, right next to the city center, and a short walk down from the trainstation. And oh - they have a wonderful breakfast! Would book again! :)

Very welcoming hotel which is stylish and in a fantastic location, central to everything and a few minutes walk from the ferry to explore the towns dotted around Lake Garda. There was a lovely garden to sit in which we enjoyed sitting in for breakfast. The breakfasts were plentiful with a good choice.. The staff are very kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
