Lovely hotel! Great location!
Helpful and friendly staff.
Sun loungers need a bit of care and would be nice if there was a place to fill your water bottle
Lovely family run hotel. Rooms were gorgeous and clean. Bed linen luxurious towels soft and fluffy. A/C worked well and lost of amities in the bathroom.
Staff were all friendly. Breakfast buffet was mainly continental but pancakes and eggs could be ordered and included.
It was a 10min walk into the centre of Desenzano from the hotel. Located across the road from the lake.
Having read other reviews on other sites, I was worried about staying here but there was nothing to worry about. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel moments walk to Lake Garda. Excellent staff who were attentive and very helpful with lots of good restaurant recommendations and ideas on places to visit. Would recommend 100%
Lovely hotel. We had a lake view room which was a beautiful way to wake up each morning. Staff were attentive and helpful in suggesting great restaurants in town as well as advice on trains, since we using it as a base to tour Veneto.
Incredible stay at this family owned horel. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We ate there one evening (which is not something we usually do at hotels) and the food and service was outstanding. We enjoyed our trip so much so that if we were to come to Lake Garda again, we would definite stay there again!
Had the pleasure to spend 4 nights at this hotel. It was a wonderful stay and we would love to come back one day. Service was beyond great - and a special thanks to Paulo for taking care of us from day 1.
Hotel in excellent condition with friendly attentive staff. Short walk to lake 10 mins walk to ferry terminal. Hotel full of typical Italian charm serving great breakfast with top restaurant
We have just returned from a holiday here with our two young children, the hotel was nothing short of outstanding! We would absolutely return. The staff were so welcoming. We would recommend this hotel to anybody wanting to visit Lake Garda.
The hotel & staff were excellent. Hotel is well positioned for train and ferry links with a god variety of eating options within a short walk. Down side, the hotel is situated on a fairly busy road which can be noisy during the day. Overall a good hotel.
Paolo and Giacomo were excellent. Gave us excellent advice on places to eat and visit. I would highly recommend pico la Vella. The breakfast was amazing
Great friendly staff that are always available and nothing is too much trouble. Really enjoyed how the hotel has various different outside areas to unwind in so you are not always on top of other guests, gave a real exclusive feel
Amazing staff were super accommodating when we had an issue with our room, went out of their way to help resolve the issue. The rooftop with jacuzzi is incredible, has beautiful views of lake Garda. Loved the stay, rooms aren’t sound proof but was able to sleep well with ear plugs
This was our piccola casa away from our casa for 4 days. Impeccable service and attention to detail. This is what hotels should be. We felt at home from the moment we entered. Indeed the family that owns the hotel are always on the property. When we come back to Desenzano di Garda we will be back here.? This is the place to call home while you explore all the other enchanting towns around beautiful Lago di Garda!!
This is a gem! Would highly recommend. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Great location. Rooms slightly dated but overall nicely appointed. Great value. Excellent food and quaint gardens. We would stay again.
Wow! A mini paradise that is close to everything you need, the hotel itself and grounds are wonderfully peaceful and idyllic. Staff are exceptional and we loved the themed days - the fruit at the tropical breakfast was a personal favourite. 11/10
Great service, attentive staff. A/C was a bit faint and stationed by the door, felt more like a unit. A smidge dated, but great otherwise. Didn’t like that the bathroom had a double sided mirror by the window, which seemed odd, so I covered it. The flusher for the toilet was odd and a bit hard to suppress. Great location walkable to town!
We loved the hotel, it is beautifully kept and super clean. The staff were excellent, superb English. We had an issue when we arrived having lost a bag, and Benjamin was very helpful. There are loads of lovely areas to sii8t, both inside and out, beautiful gardens front and back (front a little noisy from the road which is a shame) The roof terrace is a lovely and quiet sun trap with a lake view. the lemon garden and library are wonderfully quaint. The breakfast was superb, and we had dinner one night next to the pool, and the food was excellent. It is fancy and maybe a little more than elsewhere, but I couldn't fault it. The seared tuna was outstanding. The location is great, about a 10 min max walk to the town and the ferry terminal. It's a 20 minute walk from the train station downhill...or 10 euros in a taxi. Our room was comfortable, the bed was good and a very smart new bathroom. The balcony caught the evening sun until late
This was a perfect hotel for our stay, Nothing during our stay was to much trouble for the staff with them going the extra mile to accommodate my son's milk allergy for breakfast by arrange for him to have his own freshly baked croissants and chocolate tart.
The larger swimming pool at the front of the hotel was lovely and was the perfect blend of there always being sunbeds available no matter what the time of day.
If you want to venture away from the hotel the town and local ferry port are only a short 5-10 minute walk away.
Anyone thinking of staying at this hotel won't be disappointed.
The hotel was a short walk from the main part of town with lots of shops , restaurants and the marina .
The front of the hotel had a very beautiful Olive Garden with a pool in the center . So a little buggy especially with the heat wave .
The pool was beautiful and very relaxing .
The back of the hotel had a jacuzzi in the garden as well .
The food was good and the staff were friendly.
I think they are in the middle of redecorating the rooms .
Some rooms are more updated .
Some are partially updated.
I would recommend if you are planning on visiting Lake garda Desenzano .
