Our Gold Camp condo is a perfect year round get away! This condo is a great option and terrific value given the excellent location, continuous updates and amenities, cleanliness & and high functionality.

-Location, Location, Location. Easy access to and from Peak 8 and town. Located only 1/4 mile from the base of Peak 8. Getting to and from ski slopes and town is quick and convenient on the FREE shuttle that picks you and and drops you back off. Shuttle stop is a very short distance (2-5 minute walk) from condo.
-Beautiful mountain view and quiet location at the back end of Gold Camp complex. No parking lot views.
-High vaulted ceiling, windows, and sky lights provide a lot of natural light and spaciousness.

-Continuous updates include:
-Updated kitchen with NEW appliances, granite counter tops, flooring, cabinets, etc.
-Updated bathroom and vanity area.
- Vinyl plank flooring for function and cleanliness.
-Queen sleeper sofa with high quality mattress.
- Reclining love seat in family room enhances comfort and seating area in family room!
-Full over Full bunk bed

Great, quick stay!

Our stay here was very enjoyable! It’s in a great location close to downtown Breckenridge, with shuttle service there and back. The check in process was easy, and we will definitely be returning for future visits.

Exceptional stay at Breck

Wonderful property for our family of four. Very cozy, well appointed and easy access to the slopes as well as to town. Definitely would rent this property again on our next visit to Breck.

The property was in a great location, easy access to the slopes and to downtown. The owners were super responsive when we had questions or issues (very minor and remedied in less than 12 hours). We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfectly Cozy!

This was the ideal spot for our family vacation! It's perfectly located with easy access to everything we needed. This was our first trip to Breckenridge, and we were pleasantly surprised by how convenient it was to take the bus to and from Peaks 7 and 8 – such a game changer! Loved our stay. Was perfect for 3 of us, as we all had our own beds. The place was very clean and cozy. Bus to the mountain is short walk from the condo and takes just 1 stop.

Great Condo

Fantastic Stay!

We had a great 5 night stay at this condo! This place was clean, and everything was exactly as it was in the listing. The owners were very responsive to each question, and provided the simple check in instructions in advance. The shuttle to peak 7 and 8 was a quick walk and very convenient.

Great location and space

This was a great space for the two of us - and we could have easily accommodated 1 or 2 more family members. It was an easy walk to the corner bus stop, or a short walk to the 4 o' clock trail. We'd recommend this condo!

Perfect Holiday stay in Breckenridge

This condo was perfect for my family of 2 parents and 2 teenagers. Very easy check in and check out. The condo was super clean, pristine! It had everything we needed, plenty of fluffy towels, extra blankets, great array of kitchen supplies. It was nice to be on the top floor -- for the views and the extra quiet. We used the bus to get to peaks 7 and 8 and also to get downtown. Very easy. We also skied home on the 4 o'clock run. I highly recommend this condo!

An Amazing Find

Our family of five (adults) just spent four nights in this cozy and very well put together condo. Every detail was beautiful; the bedding, the artwork, the bone china dishes…. It all showed how much the owners adore it. They were extremely helpful and responsive. We consider this condo a real find, and hope to stay here again. Know that it’s two flights up the stairs but the view is well worth it, plus the ski locker is easy to use on the ground floor.

Beautiful place and location

We have stayed in five different properties in Breckenridge over the years. This was by far the nicest. The location to the ski hill was great. We also appreciated the ski locker so we didn't have to carry equipment up flights of stairs. The amenities were as described and check in and check out was easy. Our daughter has some health issues so we greatly appreciated how clean everything was. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Clean, well organized and comfortable property. Two flights of stairs in order to access property. Excellent, responsive host. Perfect for our family game nights, well appointed kitchen and ski vacation. Five minute walk to free bus to slopes! Large ski locker on first level of property.

Perfect!

Excellent stay at this incredibly clean and well kept condo; Julie was responsive with all questions and the description was 100% accurate. We found use of the humidifiers to help with dry air. Hot tub was conveniently located and also very clean. One note, the shuttle for this location runs on a short loop to to the top of the mountain and back down to only this stop and the next one at the end of the day which allows you to circumvent heavy traffic during busy times - this is huge bonus! We never waited longer than 5 minutes for a shuttle even during the busy holiday week. We would stay here again without hesitation; thank you!

Great condo! Very nice and so close to peak 8!

This condo was amazing, you could tell the owners really upgraded it and decorated it so cutely. It was very clean and the best part was it was soooo close to the top of peak 8 where we were skiing. The rooms were very spacious. There was only 1 bathroom but they had an extra sink/vanity station that was super helpful when all 4 of us were getting ready. My only suggestion is they get more comfortable mattresses for the bunk beds or mattress toppers. Other than that it was truly a perfect experience!! I would stay there again.

Nice accommodations but……

Kitchen was perfect as it was equipped with everything you need. The actual location of the unit was a plus for views as others have a parking lot view, not so for this property. We utilized the second bedroom for luggage since there were just two of us and the queen bedroom would have been a challenge to accommodate all our bags and stay organized. The BIG negative which is a seasonal issue: visiting in the summer with a complex that has no a/c, the only time we were somewhat comfortable was in the early morning. Even with windows open and both portable fans in use, the unit was very warm (sleeping was not restful). Also, be cautious of the washer/dryer on the first floor. Obviously not the owners fault but somehow, my one load resulted in three new hiking shirts being spotted with what appears to be a dark greasy substance.
