2-Bedroom 3-Full Bath condo, just a short walk to Main Street and Ski Lifts

  • Come stay at our spacious condo in the Peak 9 neighborhood. Our condo has recently undergone extensive remodeling and is in 'Almost Brand New' condition. We have stocked our 'Home Away from Home' with everything you should need for a fantastic ski or summer vacation.

    We take pride in providing personal attention to our guests. Please look at our reviews.

    Just a short walk from the vibrant Main Street, the property is located at 705 Snowberry Lane, Breckenridge, CO 80424

    Our large two-bedroom, three-full-bath condo is tastefully furnished. The master bedroom has two queen-size beds and a full bathroom, and the second bedroom has two full-size beds and a full bathroom. A comfortable new pull-out couch in the living room provides an additional queen-size bed. Each bathroom features a separate sink and vanity area.

    Numerous other amenities include:
    * Three full bathrooms (two with tub/shower combos and one with a walk-in shower).
    * Fully equipped kitchen with all the pots, pans, and utensils you need.
    * Enough paper products to last your entire stay (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, tissues, napkins, and more).
    * All of the linens, towels, and bedding are provided
    * Front-loading washer and dryer.
    * Convenient reserved covered parking directly below the unit.
    * A second reserved parking spot is also available.
    * Private covered deck with a table and chairs.
    * Free high-speed wireless internet throughout the unit.
    * Large wall-mounted flat-screen TVs in each room.
    * Gas fireplace.
    * Numerous board games.

    The condo is in a premium location, within walking distance of the ski slopes (5 mins) and all that historic downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Fantastic restaurants, shopping, après-ski scene, bike paths, and much more are nearby.

    The minimum age for the rental agreement is 25 years. The maximum occupancy is eight (8) persons. We have a maximum rental period of 14 nights.

Awesome Breckenridge Condo

We really enjoyed our stay in Mike's condo in Breckenridge. The unit was very clean, well stocked with anything we needed, and a great location within walking distance of downtown Breck. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tubs, which are right out the front door. I would highly recommend this condo, we will stay here again on future trips.

We loved the condo. It’s location, cleanliness, pool/hot tub, and not to mention the owners have it fully equipped with everything (spices, oil, beach towel, board games)There is no a.c. which is important to note. One bedroom has a window unit but the other does not. It ended up not being an issue, but I thought I would mention it! We loved this stay and would recommend! So much fun!

Great Experience Overall

Check in process was very easy, and the unit was very clean and stocked for all of our needs. Location is very close to the base of the mountain, which was easily walkable in ski boots, and also very close to Main Street for shopping, dinner, or drinking. Mike was very easily reached if we had any questions. Overall would highly recommend staying at this location.

Perfect Slope Side Condo

We stayed here (one adult, two college boys) the week before Christmas. The place was perfect; easy walk to the lift, great hot tub access, quick walk to town. This property is absolutely amazing! The location to downtown, hikes, the pool and hot tub‘s… All of it was wonderful! Being first time visitors to Breckenridge area, we had no idea what to expect and we were completely overjoyed with everything. Our family getaway

I had stayed here one other time before with a couple of friends a couple years ago, so I knew what to expect. It was everything you want it to be. It’s comfortable, feels like home. Everything you want is nearby like the downtown area, pool, hot tubs, I mean everything. We loved this place, and will certainly return again one day. Owner was very easy to communicate with and addressed everything quickly and smoothly. I even made a mistake with the booking and he helped me correct it without hesitation. We are a family of 4 with 2 adult kids and had plenty of space. The condo has everything you could possible need during your stay. Communication was prompt and friendly. When my husband sustained a knee injury they let us check out late so we wouldn't have to wait so long at the airport. They are kind hearted people who take pride in offering their clients a wonderful experience in Breckenridge.

Great location for skiing

Loved the condo! Probably one of the best stocked places we have rented to date which was immensely appreciated (re: spices, tp, dish & laundry detergent, etc). Easy 5 min walk to lift which was wonderful and 10min walk to Main street. We will definitely return again and would stay in same place if available. The only thing I could think of that may have made more comfortable is a few robes for running to hot tubs, but not a deal breaker... Michiganders so used to the cold! :) Hot tubs only open until 8pm, which a bit of bummer, but realize not in control of unit owner and understand why limited timeframe to accomodate a quiet and controlled setting.... we enjoyed them as much as possible after skiing. notdefinitely not a deal breaker.

Best VRBO ever!!

From the moment we booked Mike was super communicative and organized. It’s noticeable that he cares about his guest and wants you to have a great stay. Mike gave us tons of great info regarding the place and surrounding area. Having someone to reach out to when you’re in an unfamiliar location is a nice touch. The condo was perfectly located within walking distance to the slopes and down town. As soon as you walk in you notice how clean and inviting the place is. Mike and his wife have thought of everything you could possibly need. Having the paper products and laundry soap stocked was awesome!!! No need to run to the grocery store right away. There are plenty of towels and extra blankets. We loved the info book they have with all the local menus and history of Breckenridge. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are huge! My son loved the XBox and the heater in the shower. This was by far the cleanest VRBO, no noticeable dust on anything. It was perfect for our family of four. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place, we would love to come back.

Excellent property!

You do not need to look any further… this property is perfect! The owner, Mike, was an awesome host! He pointed us to a slope side shop in short walking distance from the condo (Charter Sports) where we rented and stored our skis. We were able to ski in & out from the shop at the base of peak 9 and could easily get to other peaks from this location. We even made our way to peak 6 and back on an amazing powder day. I’m so glad we made peak 9 our starting point for one beginner and mostly intermediate skiers in our group. It was so easy to go between the condo and the Quicksilver lift. And we loved Maggie's at the bottom of the lift too. Mike was in constant contact if we needed anything and went above and beyond. You can tell he cares about his property and he has thought of everything we would need for our stay. The condo was the perfect size for our group of 6 (adults and teens) and was so comfortable after a long day on the slopes. We stayed 4 nights and could have stayed longer. Lots of hooks and shelves for our ski gear, a glove/boot dryer, sleds, games, soft kleenex, grill and an extra storage area. We had a very short walk to the hot tubs and loved using them even in single digit weather. We walked to downtown too! Wouldn’t change a thing from our visit! Some of our best memories made! A+++
