Stayed here with my 14 year old for a week and we both loved the place. The bathroom door frame was damaged so the door wouldn’t latch but since it was just the two of us it wasn’t an issue. I’m sure it was damaged by the last guest and there wasn’t enough time to repair it before we arrived. The cabin was furnished with everything we needed to cook and I definitely appreciated having some spices available. I never remember to bring those. The neighborhood was quiet and I can’t say enough good things about Tiger Run Resort. Such a fun place to stay and we will definitely be back

New Year Vacation
We love staying at Tiger Run due to all the amenities and being close to Breckenridge. We were unable to check in early even though the property had been cleaned prior to the early check-in time of 2:00. Once it was 4:00 we were unable to unlock the door to the property, standing outside freezing and snowing trying to get ahold of someone. Once the person was on the phone magically the code worked so it appears they didn't set the code so we could get in at the correct check in time (this was around 5:30 so way after check in time). There was an issue with the heating and got extremely cold at night and morning. There appeared to be boogers or other weird things on the walls and dishes still had food on them. We love Tiger Run so we will be back but probably will not go through this company again.
From the check-in process to checking out everything was super smooth and easy! The place itself was clean and had plenty of space for my group! The events at the clubhouse were tons of fun and between the location and everything there on property we had plenty to keep us busy! Would definitely stay here again!
Really cute cabin, great location in Tiger Run. Beautiful views and nice area to walk around with our kiddos. We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
The home was very cute and cozy for our family vacation. The home was very clean and had a great dining and living room for the family to spread out. Wish it would have had more outside patio space to enjoy the gorgeous weather!
We really enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing. The Colorado trail right behind the chalet was a bonus. The pool and hot tub are very nice. We did our laundry at the clubhouse and they have so many machines it was quick. The residents and guests in the neighborhood were all very friendly. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was very well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.
The location of this house is great. It backs right up to a mountain trail and is close enough to the pool and playground. The community that this house is located in is also amazing. There were games for the kids and I saw stuff for sledding if you decide to go here during the winter months. Now this house had everything we needed, but there is always a few things that could make any house better.. 1) the night light didn't work, and the batteries in the fake candles were all dead. 2) There was TV in the master bedroom, but it didn't work. 3) the last 2 days we were there the CO dector has low battery and would charge while being plugged in so we put it in the car overnight. Overall this place was a great!
This was the perfect sized chalet for our family of 4. Great layout and comfortable mattress in the master bedroom. Could use better window coverings to keep the sun from waking you up at 5 am. Soap dispenser on dishwasher was broken. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking and great microwave and range. We absolutely love the neighborhood. The kids could ride bikes and scooters and made friends with other kids. Husband and I were able to trout fish right around the corner. Heated pool and fitness center were huge pluses too. We love the Tiger Run community and would not hesitate to stay here again.
My husband and I stayed for our anniversary. It was amazing. Had a great view of the mountains from the front door. Easy access to hiking trails and downtown Breckinridge. The cabin it self was well stocked and very clean. The only problem was one of the blinds of the front window wouldn't close. But that would be an easy fix. Opening the windows cooled the house off to a comfortable temp.
No A/C, temperature INSIDE was in the 80s range until 7:00 pm (summer honeymoon). Website did not state that there was no A/C provided.
We ran out of hot water after one short shower (my wife did not even get to shower until evening).
Various things were not properly taken care of when we arrived: Sink handle fell off; oven did not show when it was preheated; we found a used toothpick inside the bedsheets (neither of us brought toothpicks); blinds wouldn't close after we opened them; there were holes in the window screens; etc.
We wanted to use the hot tub/pool but did not know how because the instructions for "reserving the area" were unclear and we were not aware of how to contact anyone about the issue, and so we never got a chance to use the hot tub/pool.
When we arrived, there were random pictures of children framed around the cabin. Very creepy. We took them down and piled them in a corner so we weren't being watched by random children.
Overall, terrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone. You could easily find a hotel room for half this price with 10x better experience.
This was a great no-frills cabin which had all the basics that you need. Location was perfect for us! Would return.

Great location, poorly stocked house
Super cute location, good amenities for the "resort" as a whole. The chalet itself was very dated and very poorly stocked. Only 2 bath towels (poor quality), empty hand soap containers, and no extra trash bags made a 5 night stay for 3 people questionable. The kitchen only had the BARE necessities. Seems like a little more effort would make the aging chalet charming.
Cute, cozy cottage. Perfect for our family of 4. Amenities as advertised. View of the mountains was breathtaking! Family-friendly place. Highly recommend!

Not Bad for price
Upon our arrival we were given the wrong pass code to get in the cabin, I called the number I was given if we should need assistants and no answer we sat outside about two hours before we figured out who to talk to and finally get a correct code to get in. Then the cabin says no pets and it clearly had pets in it before us because there was animal hair everywhere and my family has bad allergies to animals. And also it was neat but not clean the tub had soap scum and hair and like I said dog hair everywhere. I would definitely stay at resort again but not this same cabin.
