Everything you could want in a ski in/out condo is right here at the base of Peak 9 in the heart of the ski village. Only steps away from Main Street with incredible shopping and restaurants for when you aren`t on the mountain.

The condo is a fantastic studio with gorgeous views of all of Breckenridge Resort. Amenities include granite counters, a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bedding and a very comfortable pullout couch providing sleeping arrangements up to 4 people.

This condo is located in the Marriott Mountain Valley Lodge and you will have access to all of the great facilities this exclusive hotel has to offer, like the enormous four season pool and multiple hot tubs.

Excellent location

We were in town for a race off of peak 10 and the Marriott couldn’t be better situated. The staff was available to check us in after midnight and the proximity to town is also excellent.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, the amenities were nice and the view was beautiful, but the best part was the location. We could walk to so many restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Location

This location is perfectly placed near the learning area for anyone coming to Breck for the first time and looking to take lessons. The room itself was perfect for what we needed, beautiful balcony and overall a great ambiance. Bathroom shower could be better kept, but outside of that it was perfect. If you stay here and plan to rent ski gear, make sure to rent from Charter Sports in the same building!

Relaxing getaway

This property was perfect for my relaxing getway. Beautiful views, great location and pool! Room had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend this property for 2 people at this beautiful mountain lodge!!

Best location!

This location is the best for skiing (right by the Quicksilver lift) and walking into town. There’s convenient, heated underground parking. You can park & not need your car which is great because public parking in Breckenridge is limited. The amenities for families are great! My son enjoyed the kids’ activities room. The room was clean & had everything we needed.

Very nice and convenient

By far the best customer service at the front desk I have EVER had. Wow. Super organized and efficient. Great way to start the trip. Room was as advertised. Amenities were top notch. Great fitness center and activity room. I used everything and it was all in good shape. Very happy and would stay again.

Great Location

Good location with nice ski Mountain View’s. Close to our favorite local restaurants and shopping. Everything is within walking distance. Parking was in a separate building, but we only needed our vehicle to unload and load luggage/ supplies. I would stay at this location again.

Great spot in Breck

This place is perfect for a weekend getaway. Easy in, easy out. Covered, heated parking. Great view. Perfect size. Excellent location within walking distance to just about everything. Would highly recommend.

The view and the room were great, even with minor things needing repair. Pool and hot tubs were not open during our stay, which was not communicated to us beforehand, so that was super disappointing.

Loved our view from our room's balcony! Excellent location. A bit of lag time hearing from our host. The room had a broken drawer in the kitchen and the soap pump in the bathroom was empty. It was a lovely stay and we will book again!

Great Location! Condo a little run down and poorly stocked.

Location was GREAT if you are skiing and all of the necessities worked as they should. Heater works well and the place stays very warm! The parking garage is heated and only about a 30 yard walk from the building, which is great for Breck parking. Small changes would make this place perfect. The cleaning could be much better - floor and bathroom didn’t feel clean. The bathroom had a mildew smell consistently. There weren’t enough towels provided for our length of stay, especially if we had more than 2 people staying. For the cost, I would have expected more amenities such as coffee and better toiletries among many others. Would also have expected the place to be spotless. TV is still the Marriott resort standard menu - weird to have to deal with that, but not get other perks of the resort such as daily cleaning/turndown. Overall would stay again - but for the price, the cleanliness and amenities could be greatly improved.
