*** Don't Believe the news... Breck is OPEN...from Peak 10 all the way to Peak 6, with plenty of fun skiing to be had! ***

My Grand Lodge on Peak 7 Suite looks up the mountain, and offers unparalleled ski-in, ski-out access to Breckenridge Ski Resort’s Peak 7’s Independence Chair lift literally one double pole away! This week in February offers some of the BEST skiing of the season.

The suite offers sleeping accommodations for up to 4 with a King Size bed in the Master bedroom, and a queen size sleeper sofa (which is actually very comfortable) in the living room!
The suite has a partial kitchen with a two burner stove, microwave and everything necessary to eat in if you’d like!

Minimum 3 or 4 night stay depending on Check in/out Options.
1. Check in Sunday thru Checkout Wednesday or Thursday.
2. Check in Wednesday or Thursday thru Sunday (Checkout).

IF you stay the FULL WEEK, in addition to the full week discount, I'll return the $150 Cleaning Fee after you check out.

Included at NO EXTRA CHARGE are a long list of Grand Lodge amenities and amazing services.
The amenities available include:
· Indoor heated garage parking (This is amazing!!).
>> 1 Parking spot included in the underground heated garage!
· Gym with cardio and weight equip, 4 outdoor hot tubs, and a slide into the outdoor pool for the kiddos!
· Full service SPA (with Grotto pool, dry and wet sauna).
· Gas grills outside to cook up those steaks.
· Game room and your own personal theater (schedule ahead, or at time of arrival if available) for family movie viewing.
· Bell service and Concierge to assist with making plans.
· High Speed WiFi.
· Complimentary shuttle service from Grand Lodge to the town, any time of day and night, with return to Grand Lodge. The Breckenridge Gondola is also available to transport you to town and back.

The Grand Lodge at Peak 7 is about 95 miles from Denver International Airport. The town of Breckenridge is only several minutes down Ski Hill Rd from the Lodge. It’s a picturesque town that offers a multitude of après-ski experiences. The restaurants in town are wonderful, no matter what your budget range. No need to drive to town. The Gondola or Grand Lodge limo service gets you there or back, in minutes (at no cost).

Grand Lodge borders the White River National Forest, and the panoramas are breathtaking! If you feel like skiing at another resort, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Vail, and Beaver Creek. All these ski locations are within about 30-45 minutes from Breckenridge.

Great ski-in ski-out with awesome hot tubs.

Perfect place for 2 adults on a ski trip. Nice king bed and a good couch bed with a small, but functional kitchenette. Check-in and check-out was super easy. The location is awesome, the hot tubs were great, and you can't beat skiing 50 ft down to the lift. It also was great to be able to grill out steaks on really well-kept Weber grills by the hot tubs.

The amenities and location were everything we could ask for in ski lodging. True ski in/ski out! There is about 50 feet separating the ski locker from the base of peak 7. Multiple on site hot tubs and heated pools, included an adult only indoor grotto. Highly recommend.
