Location, location, location! Ski-in/ski-out convenience — as well as a spacious, beautifully remodeled Cedars Town home featuring quality craftsmanship and plenty of amenities. You’re just a 50-yard walk from the slopes and the ski school meeting area. Drop the kids off for a lesson, make some runs, ski in for a quick lunch, then be right back on the Quicksilver lift in minutes.
Inside, you’ll find a perfect combination of old-school Colorado charm and tasteful updates. High vaulted ceilings and large windows give the unit a bright, airy feel. There’s plenty of seating in the large living areas for après ski drinks and conversation, family games, lounging in front of the gas fireplace, or a movie on a big-screen LCD TV. The gourmet kitchen features updated appliances, oak cabinets, granite counter tops and a large dining table with seating for eight. A spacious balcony overlooks the slopes and a mountain creek babbles just outside the door.
You’ll also enjoy access to shared hot tubs and the Upper Village Pool, a patio, free Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer and a one-car attached garage. The pool and hot tubs are open in the summer and during ski season. The pool and hot tubs will be closed from April 13-May 23 and September 14-November 11. There’s a first-come, first-serve parking lot for a second vehicle. The town of Breckenridge is just a short 5-10 minute walk away with shopping, restaurants and Breck’s renowned nightlife. Obviously Breckenridge is the closest area, but A-Basin, Beaver Creek, Copper Mountain, Keystone & Vail are all within easy driving distance of our home. We suggest you plan your ski days based on the snow accumulations and road conditions. Simply the BEST skiing in the world is right down the street!
WINTER ACTIVITIES FOR NON-SKIIERS If skiing or snowboarding on 2,208 acres spread across four mountains isn’t enough, here are some other activities to keep your winter vacation in Breckenridge interesting and exciting.
Gold Runner Alpine Coaster: This coaster offers a new, thrilling way to get down the mountain. Riders sit in two-seater cars and control their speed around twists and dips on coaster track perched about four feet above the ground. The track meanders through the forest and alongside the ski runs on Peak 8. It’s such a blast, you’ll want to do it again. Store your skis at the entrance and ride in ski boots.
Dogsledding: This unique adventure gives you the opportunity to ride in the sled pulled by frisky Siberian huskies and then be the musher who runs the dogs. Guides teach you how. The tour goes for an hour on a plowed track through the woods just outside of town.
Snowmobiling: Explore the backcountry on a new 550cc Polaris snowmobile that you drive in one, two, or three-hour tours with Good Times Adventures. These fancy machines are equipped with hand warmers and back rests; snowmobile suits and boots are available for free.
And more: There are also sleigh rides; ice skating and hockey; Nordic skiing and snowshoeing; free sledding at Carter Park; historic tours; music; theatre.

It was the perfect place for our family of four.
The townhouse was comfortable and very well equipped. We really enjoyed having access to all Breckenridge has to offer including a brief walk to Main Street.
The property is very well-maintained and it has a great location to the Breckenridge downtown as well as the ski lift just outside the back door.Would I rent there again? Absolutely yes!
The property was just as advertised, and even surpassed our expectations. The communication with the host was great. This house was perfect for my family's vacation with plenty of space and easy access to the lifts and town.

My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cedars 37. There were plenty of blankets for chilly nights and all kitchen amenities we needed. The two parking spaces were great so we had a garage to store our bike and a parking spot for our vehicle.
This condo met all our expectations! Great space that is very comfy and within a few minute walk of downtown and Gondola. Kids loved the creek flowing right out our front door. We will be back.
The location was great. Carpeting in master bedroom a little worn, but the condo was CLEAN. Really clean. Check in was easy. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommend!

I have been taking the family skiing out west for two decades and this is one of the best places we’ve stayed. Located right by two main lifts and easy access to peak 10 & 8. The decor and furnishings were all in great shape with all modern appliances. Well stocked with plates, silverware, cookware, blankets, and towels. You won’t do better in this price range. Had a great time - thanks.

A caution for those thinking to rent late in the ski season. The lift in front of the condo closed for the season on our second day. And the community hot tub also closed. I guess those are the risks you take skiing close to the end of the season. The host could not have known this so this is not a ding against the property - just some info to help others

We had an incredible experience staying here! As a family of four, we found the accommodations to be exceptionally comfortable and spacious. The furnishings were truly fabulous, and the bed mattress was so cozy that I even contemplated getting one for our own home! The place smelled impeccably clean, reminiscent of a stay at a friend's house.
One of the highlights was the convenient location, allowing us to easily walk down to downtown Breck for dining options and exciting activities like stand-up paddleboarding and bike rentals. Having access to the garage was a great perk, making it effortless for us to come and go in our vehicle whenever needed.
The community pool and hot tubs added to the enjoyment of our stay, providing relaxation and recreation options. And I can't forget to mention the delightful moose decor on the wall, which added a charming touch to the ambiance.
Overall, we had such a fantastic time that we would definitely choose to stay here again without any hesitation!
I’ll start by saying we are picky about our VRBO rentals . Our Family of 5 from Baltimore rented this unit kids are 18, 15, and 12 . It was our first time to Breck and we chose this unit due to the proximity to the quicksilver chair. Can literally ski to your door for the most part and a quick 2 minute walk back to hop on the quicksilver chair. 7 minute walk to downtown . Super close to the free shuttle across the street. Super quiet unit which was great . Very hot water - our family never ran out of water during our stay for showers. Edwin’s is a nice restaurant with good food that you can see from the kitchen . You can also rent from breck sports which is right across the street. Beds were sturdy , mattresses were very nice and comfortable. Hot tub is a short walk across the street in the upper village . The three kids all fit in the same room so we had no arguments about who got which room ;) Great place to rent - would highly recommend .
The best location- just steps away to the Quicksilver chair and village. Walking distance to all of the best shops and restaurants. Clean, and comfortable. We loved this place - we will return !
My family just spent a week skiing and delighting in all that is Breckenridge. Our stay was wonderful. The townhouse was so comfortable, nicely updated and supplied everything we needed. You can’t be this location next to the Quicksilver lift, just steps outside the front door. This was our 8th trip to Breck. We will definitely stay here again!
I loved everything about this house! The view of ski lift was fun to watch. The scenery was absolutely beautiful! The pictures are just like what you will walk into! Also, this place is very convenient to walk to stores in restaurants! I miss this house and Breck so much!
