Main Level

The main level is bright, open, and comfortable, with everything you need to settle in and relax. The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops, GE Café appliances, induction cooking, and plenty of space to prepare meals. Choose between a Keurig or traditional drip coffee maker in the morning.

The kitchen flows into the dining area and living room, creating an easy gathering space for the whole group. With vaulted ceilings, a stone gas fireplace, comfortable seating and a 75” smart TV with live channels and Roku, it’s a great place to unwind after an awesome day in the mountains. You can step outside on the balcony off the living room.

The deck on is a favorite spot to enjoy the mountain air, with a private hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor dining area.

A full bathroom is conveniently located nearby, along with a main-level bedroom featuring a king bed with luxurious down bedding.



Upstairs Retreat

The entire upper level is a captivating private retreat featuring vaulted ceilings, a spacious king bed with luxurious down bedding, and a 55-inch TV. The newly renovated, spa-inspired ensuite bathroom invites you to unwind in the oversized soaking tub or expansive walk-in shower, while the dual-sink vanity offers plenty of room to get ready. A generous walk-in closet provides ample storage for your belongings, and a dedicated workspace in the adjacent loft completes this serene and secluded escape.



Lower Level

The lower level can be reached through the heated one-car garage or by taking a few steps down from the front entry.

The family bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds, plus its own TV and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a separate shower stall.

Location & Extras

The location makes getting around easy. The Snowflake Lift is about a 3-minute walk away, and the free Breckenridge bus stops is across the street. Main Street’s shops, restaurants, and nightlife are an easy to walk down the hill. It is so close to the ski area, some guests ski back to the home for lunch.

Your stay includes access to the nearby heated outdoor pool and hot tubs at Upper Village.

Wi-Fi is complimentary throughout the townhome, and cable TV is available on all TVs.

The heated garage accommodates one car, with an additional outdoor parking space for a second vehicle. **Trailers, campers, and oversized vehicles are not permitted.**
