Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the shared uncovered lot. An HOA parking pass is required and must be displayed during your stay and returned at checkout.

Located in one of Breckenridge’s most desirable areas, this condo offers unbeatable access to outdoor recreation and town amenities. In winter, step outside and onto the slopes of Breckenridge Ski Resort via the nearby Snowflake Chairlift.

During the warmer months, enjoy hiking and mountain biking trails that begin just steps away at the Snowflake Trailhead, winding through the stunning Colorado Rockies.

Downtown Breckenridge is just a short walk or quick bus ride away. Explore historic Main Street, known for its charming boutiques, diverse dining options, and lively year-round events.



Getting Around:

Getting around is simple and stress-free. The free Breckenridge bus stops just across the street, making it easy for your group to access the slopes, downtown, and other local attractions.



While two parking spaces are included, most guests find they rarely need a car thanks to the prime location and convenient transit options.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn't snowed in a few days.



Please note a replacement for the parking pass is $150.
