Breckenridge Ski Area Views from 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath Home

Newer construction, 2,900 square foot house (2300' main levels, 600' basement) with expansive views of Breckenridge Ski Area and the ten Mile Range. Home and hot tub are adjacent to French Creek, and sleeps up to 10. Finished basement with 47' HDTV, Blue Ray DVD, Bar and game room.

Located in the Breckenridge neighborhood of Vista Point, this smoke-free home is a short three-quarter mile walk to Main Street. A FREE bus (the Summit Stage, see link below) is also available to take you to the Slopes (straight to Breck Gondola) or Town.

The living room has 18 foot vaulted ceilings, two-story views of the mountains, a stone fireplace, and leather furnishings.

The dining area is surrounded by bay windows, a full kitchen with granite countertops, wood floors and knotted hickory cabinets.

Outside of the kitchen is a full deck with barbecue. Off of the lower level of the house is a Private eight person Hot Tub, just a few feet from the creek.

The oversize family room has a sectional couch and 42 inch HDTV with Streaming and Cable channels, DVD. High Speed Internet and WiFi network included at no extra charge.

All four bedrooms have bathrooms with in-tile Heated Floors. The upstairs Master Suite includes a Private Balcony with Mountain Views, Jetted Tub, Double Shower, Queen bed, 26' HDTV/DVD and walk-in closet.

The two main level bedrooms each have a Queen bed. The other upstairs bedroom is perfect for kids with two sets of bunk beds, including one full bed and three twins.

Ample parking is available in a two car detached garage with automatic opener. Carbon Monoxide detectors on all levels and bedrooms. Driveway Snow Removal is included.

Our quiet Vista Point neighborhood is only two miles driving distance from the Ski Area, and five miles to Breckenridge Golf Course (27 Hole Jack Nicklaus Course). The house is also walking distance to Snowshoe and Hiking trails (Sally Barber Mine trail).

Perfect spot for a large family or a couple families.

Excellent spot for our two families, 4 adults and five kids. 2 master bedrooms, bunk room, and lots of space for everyone to hang out. Would definitely stay here again.About 5 minute drive to the Breckenridge gondola drop off.

We were very happy with our stay! The home was immaculate and the host was very hospitable. The beds were comfy and the home was very warm and charming, yet updated. The home included plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies - everything we could have wanted and more. One of our highlights was the hottub with the gorgeous mountain views! I would happily stay here again and rent from this reponsive host!

Perfect for us!

The location and house layout is great! We didn’t step on each other, could sleep in, space ourselves out or gather at the big table or family room. Two playgrounds were close by plus the free bus! The views are exceptional.

Wonderful Winter Getaway

We had a group of 10 and this was the perfect property for us. Plenty of space for everyone. The views from the house were magnificent and we really enjoyed the ease of getting to the free ride! Breckenridge trip

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Great location walk to downtown. Fantastic views and the sound of the stream at your doorstep. The house is large enough for our group of 7 adults to each have some room for privacy or work. We will definitely return. Highly recommend.

35 years later high school friends gather

The size and location of the home was perfect for our group of 9 long-time friends. We were especially grateful for the garage parking and snow removal from the front walk and driveway since we got quite a few inches of snow overnight, which made skiing awesome. The hot tub was also much appreciated!

Breck in July

Great stay

We had a great time at this home. So much space for our two families. The kids enjoyed sharing the bunk room and having four full bathrooms was so convenient. The house is well stocked with paper products, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. Hot tub was relaxing after a day of skiing. Easy to get to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Wedding

Stay was perfect for us as we attended a family wedding at the Breckenridge Lodge. Space was perfect and a great layout. Kitchen centrally located and easy to prepare a family meal. No shortage of bathrooms making it easy to get ready for the day. Communication with the host was excellent, any inquiry was answered very quickly. We would recommend staying!

Great trip!

We loved staying here! No complaints! The stream outback was a great for the kids and very relaxing! Walking trail right out back was easy access to two parks. House was minutes from the gondola and downtown Breck. The house owners were quick to response with any questions. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was perfect with plenty of room to spread out. One thing that's often hard to find is a comfortable couch that fits everyone, but this one was fantastic—super comfy and plenty of room! The views of the mountain were incredible. It's tough to say what was the best part—drinking coffee in the morning while watching the snowcats groom the slopes, enjoying a glass of wine in the evening watching them, or waking up in the middle of the night and seeing them hard at work through the large windows. The kitchen was an ideal spot for cooking and chatting with the family. We’ll definitely consider renting here again. Also, the homeowners were very responsive and pleasant when we had questions. Highly recommend!
