LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This ski in / ski out condo is less than 400 feet to the QuickSilver SuperChair lift at the base of Peak 9. There are onsite ski & board schools and equipment rental shops at the Village at Breckenridge. Walk one block to beautiful historic downtown Breckenridge where you will find restaurants and shops galore!
STUNNING VIEWS Enjoy the sights and sounds of Breckenridge from the condo's unique 6ft x 6ft picture window and wraparound balcony. The balcony has chairs and a café table with views of Maggie Pond, the Blue River, and the majestic Rocky Mountains.
SPACIOUS 1 BEDROOM / 1 FULL BATHROOM Bear Condo is a beautifully decorated and well-appointed condominium that is 900 square feet which sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Sleep accommodations include a king bed, twin day bed with twin trundle bed in the master bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is one full bathroom. This charming cabin and bear themed condo makes for a comfortable and cozy stay.
COZY LIVING AREA This condo has a cozy living area with a wood-burning fireplace, HDTV, a luxurious soft leather sofa sleeper, and sitting chairs.
GUEST AMENITIES! The Village at Breckenridge offers many wonderful guest amenities. Guests may enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room, work-out room, movie room, game room, oxygen bar, mini golf, community rooms and even a candy store!

In addition, there are two equipment rental shops at the Village. Guests will receive information about the ski and board school and equipment rental shops upon booking.
THE NATIONAL FOREST The national forest is at your back door for convenient hikes along the network of trails to the nearby beaver ponds, streams, and mountain ski slopes.

At many lodges throughout Breckenridge including the Village, there are less onsite parking spaces than there are condos for rent. Because parking spaces at the Village often sell out during peak rental periods, there is a nightly fee that is separate from booking fees that we must pass on if you elect to bring a vehicle and choose the onsite parking option. Onsite parking should be requested at the time of booking due to limited availability. Please note that the Village at Breckenridge condos are ski in / ski out, and that you are conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street. Many guests choose to shuttle in rather than bring a vehicle and pay for parking.

Beautiful accommodations, perfectly clean. We loved our stay here and highly recommend! Incredible views, and a location where you can walk to all of downtown. Great hot tub and game area as well, with sauna and steam room.
The condo was in a great location for walking to town and the mountain views were terrific. We prepared our dinners and the kitchen had everything you needed.
This is a really nice condo in an ideal location. The unit is spacious for a 1 bedroom and we really liked having a washer/dryer in the unit. This was our second stay here and won’t hesitate to stay here again. Our host Twilla was great and responded quickly to any of our questions.

We enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge for the Running with the Santa Parade. Loved all the Bernese Mountain Dogs and the beautiful town. Our condo was wonderful with everything that we needed and more. We will go back as often as possible.

Location, location, location! Can't beat the location. Base of Peak 9. Less crowded than Peak 8. Main street is 1 block away. Walk out the door and your standing at the lift in about 60 seconds. The condo was great. Very spacious. Clean. Great view of the surrounding mountains and Maggie Pond. The village is a true ski in and ski out location. Host was very responsive. Great stay.
Loved our getaway!!! The condo was great. Front desk staff not always happy to help VRBO customers but Twila was always happy to help!!!! Once we understood the layout of the property, it was wonderful to enjoy the hot tub and gym area! Plenty of space in condo and great kitchen. Loved the view and very relaxing! Easy walk to main street or to go on a hike! Would rent again!
Everything about the condo was perfect. It’s right at the bottom of Peak 9. Gorgeous view and I t overlooks the ski school meeting area. You can walk to dozens of restaurants and stores. It was decorated beautifully with everything you could need for a stay. Communication with the owner was great. Could not have asked for anything better. Will be back.
This property was immaculate with an unbeatable location. We are now spoiled forever as we could look out the windows and see the mountains, walk to the lift in about 90 seconds and be at dinner on Main Street in 3-4 minutes. Twilla was exceptional at communicating and helping with our struggle getting the phone key to work. We are already plotting our next trip to Breckenridge hopefully staying at this same location.
This property was perfect. It was right next to everything.we were able to walk to everything around. It was very clean and spacious. When I had a question she would answer almost immediately. We paid for parking and the first night it didn’t work, so she worked quickly to get it fixed. I have never had that happen so quickly at other properties when I had questions or concerns. I would highly recommend staying here.
I chose this condo for its location and cleanliness, at least from what I could tell from the online photos. The condo was exceptionally clean which made me very happy. What surprised me the most were the views from living room window and the balcony. Words cannot express the magnificent views of the mountains and Maggie Pond just below. The location was also a big plus since restaurants and stores were just steps away. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone staying in Breckinridge!
I’m honestly shocked that we found such an amazing condo booking only 1 week before our stay. The condo is rugged and beautiful with a perfect location! Ski in / ski out with only a few steps to the Quicksilver Superchair on the mountain. Also, right outside the condo is Christi Sports which is super convenient for ski/board/boot rentals if needed before you hit the slopes. We loved the spa and game room located at the complex. I would go out on a limb to say that you will not find a better location for all of the above - skiing, eateries, shopping, and access to Main Street. This host is exceptional and kept checking on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks again Twilla!!
This condo is in a perfect location where you can walk to the ski lift or downtown. No shuttle required. The unit is pretty roomy with the living room having two full size couches and a loveseat. The bedroom has a king bed along with a trundle bed. The unit is on the sixth floor and is very close to the elevator. There are luggage carts in the parking garage next to the elevator. The hot tubs/pool/athletic center is in the building next door but is easily accessible through the parking garage so you don’t have to walk outside to get there. We loved having the in-unit washer and dryer. We’ve stayed at several other condos at the base of peak 9 and this one was our favorite. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again
