The location of the property was very good, however the suite itself was very dated. 2 of the 4 chairs at the dining table had wobbly/unsafe legs, the bathroom towel bar was broken and under the vanity, had to set clothes on the floor while showering, no venting in the shower causing condensation, the bedding for the fold out smelled like body odor and therefore wasn't used. Generally speaking, this location has a lot of potential, but it needs a lot of work.

Only worth the price if you want true ski in/ski out
Basically a one bed hotel room with weird floor plan. Furniture was cheap and broken on arrival. Loved the access from the building to the slopes and the outdoor hot tub. Resort is dated though and still pretty much looks exactly like it did 25 years ago when I was there. Overall I think it’s a little overpriced for what you get. Needs some updates.
Furniture a bit dated but overall clean. We had three people,
4 would have been crowed. Fold out couch is uncomfortable like most are. I scheduled late for MLK weekend so didn’t have a
Lot of options. Would stay there again if price is right compared to other options.
This property was poorly equipped with kitchen utensils, plates and only one bowl to use for eating. The ceiling leaked water in the kitchenette onto the kitchen counter. The bathroom sink did not drain by itself without having to pull up on the plug and hold it. The ceiling above shower was falling down.

Short Breck Ski Trip
Small property with just enough room for no more than 4 people. My group had 3 and that was a stretch. Has a small kitchenette and small gathering room with a tv. The room is in building 4 of Beaver Run which gives you access to the best ski lockers right on the mountain. Also the property is listed as having a guaranteed parking spot. This means there will be a spot available, not that it is included; you will have to pay extra per day to park here.
Listing states there is a "Jetted jacuzzi bath tub" but there is not a tub, only a (very nice and large) shower, which was disappointing and one of the reasons for choosing this. Water was leaking through pipe in room above us when we first walked into the room. Called down to lobby, said they'd have somebody up to fix it. We left for the evening and came back to a note that it was repaired. The next evening water was leaking again. Things breakdown, I get it, so not a big deal... Overall a nice place and would recommend if visiting Breck area to hike, ski, shop, or getaway.

Great ski in ski out.
Cute and very clean. It's nice that you can get to the indoor pool and hot tubs via skywalk so you don't have to brave the cold.
Do note that this has a kitchenette, and not a full kitchen (ie: a stovetop but no oven).

Great experience at Beaver Run
We had a terrific experience staying in building 4 at Beaver Run. It was truly a "ski in, ski out" experience, and put us closer to the Beaver Run Superchair than we could have hoped! We even had a beautiful view of the mountain and ski lift from our room window. I would definitely stay at this condo again in the future, and highly recommend it to anyone else looking to stay in nice accommodations close to the lift. The amenities, hot tub, and parking were terrific too!
