Overall, had a great stay. The cabin is in a convenient location 5 mins from town and 10 mins from the Peak 9 lift. There is a full size kitchen for cooking. Two bathrooms which is nice. I would stay again!
The cabin was wonderful and perfect for our family of 4! We loved the location for skiing shopping and dining. The views are amazing from the front windows and we enjoyed the park being so close too. Thanks for allowing us to rent your beautiful Breckenridge cabin!
Beautiful cabin. Amazing location. Everything was in walking distance, downtown, ski lift, sledding hill. We parked our car and never moved it. Highly recommend this cabin.
As advertised, easy access, great location. Can easily walk to peak 9 base. We stored skis and walked with boots. Had to walk with skis one day and was easy. Very comfortable for a family of 4, two teenagers. Kitchen had what we needed and a full size Frig. Would stay again for sure. There is a cut through straight across French street down the stairs be going all the way around. Grocery and liquor store very close as well.

Ski trip
Great location and the cabin had everything we needed! It's very clean and decorated well. Would definitely stay again!
Location was very convenient to walk into town. We drove to the parking lot for the gondola since we had all our gear. Everything was great at the cabin.
Great location. No need for a car...can walk to everything including Peak 9 lift. Views of the mountain from the deck. The cabin is quaint with a cool old vibe.
This was absolutely beautiful and perfect for everything we did. Didn't want to leave. Will be back!!!

Perfect cozy cabin in great location to lifts and downtown
We couldn't have been happier with this cabin. It was the perfect size and in a great location to downtown and the ski lifts. We didn't need our car the whole time we where there, everything is within walking distance. The cabin itself is nicely furnished and very comfortable. On top of all of that the owner was great to work with and very accommodating our special request. I highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Breckenridge.
Unique A Frame, we had 5 Adults and it had plenty of room. The only complaint my sons made were that the mattresses on the bunk beds weren’t comfortable. SUPER close to the downtown and restaurants. We drove a vehicle with ski gear to the lot on lift 9 and everyone just walked back and forth
We had such a great time in Breckenridge that my kids want to return every year for Christmas. The house was perfect for our family of four. Even when my 2 cousins came for 2 nights, we were all very comfortable. My younger son especially loved the bunk bed overlooking Breckenridge!
The location was perfect for us, within walking distance of a grocery store and all the restaurants and shopping. But most importantly, Carter Park! My kids loved the sledding hill and spent most of our downtime there.
Warren was very easy to get in touch with and very helpful with any questions we had during our stay. Thank you Warren! We loved your historic cabin (as we called it). We will most likely be back.
We were contacted only once by the owner (with the basic instructions for staying at the home) once payment was received. He did not reply to any of our attempts to contact him when we had questions and concerns. He left 2 contact numbers but he did not respond to messages on either number. As for the house...strangely the floors are uneven everywhere, the bedding is old and in poor condition so it appears unclean whether it is or isn't, there is no air conditioning, and the sliding glass door lock is broken, which presented a safety concern. It was just an unfortunate experience with the combination of a house not meeting our expectations and no contact/response from the owner.
My family (6 including 3 grown children and a teenager) stayed here during spring break. The cabin is well-stocked with bedding, a blow-up mattress, toiletry items etc. The kitchen is the best stocked of any rental I've stayed in--nice pots, cooking necessities, etc. The art in the walls, furnishings, etc. create a very pleasing space. Four of us skied, we walked to the peak nine lift once and took the free shuttle the other day to the gondola to get over to peaks 6 and 7. The shuttle was easy to navigate--we just Googled the routes. The two non-skiers found good hiking and a bike tour. This cabin is definitely "cozy"-- not a ton of unused space, however it was plenty big for our group. The host's instructions are very good, and we had no problems. I would absolutely stay here again.
It does what it says on the tin! It's a quirky family cabin full of charm and character. Close to amenities for eating/shopping and the bus to beaver run stops one block either direction.
Lots of features you won't find in a condo - the gas fire place kept the place warm and added some character to the living space. Plenty of hot water for showers after a days skiing!

Cabin Stay
Great location. Walking distance to lift and town. No need to drive. Parking right in front of cabin which was great. Cabin definitely needs some up keeping. No space in closet to hang clothing since it was being used as storage. Overall ok for the weekend.
Great location next to Carter Park and minutes walking distance from main street.
Super easy communication with property manager. House is the perfect location to base your activities. Easy walking distance to downtown, the Troll and the trails.
Very comfortable for our family with all the amenities one would need.
Thanks
