This recently updated 3-bedroom + loft mountain home sits at approximately 11,000 feet and offers the perfect mix of adventure, comfort, and classic Colorado charm. Enjoy a quiet alpine setting surrounded by mountain views, wildlife, and fresh mountain air, while still being roughly 15 minutes from the shops, restaurants, skiing, and charm of downtown Breck, depending on weather and road conditions.

The home includes 3 bedrooms plus a loft with flexible sleeping options: 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, a full-size bed in the loft, a twin Murphy bed in the living room, and 2 queen-size air mattresses available for guest use. The main-level primary bedroom has a king bed, with two additional bedrooms and the loft upstairs.
