Cozy one bedroom, one bath condo with sleep sofa. Conveniently located one block to bus stop, one stop to base of Peak Eight. Easy walk to downtown. Complete kitchen, electric fireplace, washer and dryer in unit. Full cable available as well as enhanced high-speed internet with password. Hot tub and sauna on property. Easy access hiking trails.
Walking distance to Breckenridge Nordic Center
Close to The Peaks Trail, Cucumber Gulch across the street.
Bus is free and runs to the mountain, downtown Breckenridge and City Market

Everything you need with great location

Great condo, close to slopes

We loved the location of this condo, can hop on the shuttle and be on the slopes in minutes. The condo was well stocked, it felt like home. Hope to visit again soon.

I can’t say enough great things about this place! It felt like we were guests of the owners with all the amenities to go with it. We came to ski and it was a very easy walk to bus ride to the slopes.

Cozy and convenient

The condo is family owned, and staying here feels like an extension of their home. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is included, and the owners provide some extra touches to make guests feel welcomed. One bus stop from Peak 7 or two from Peak 8. Can't get much more convenient for skiing at Breck.

Great Ski Trip

Phenomenal, will be back.

Clean property, great location. The pictures are very representative. Stayed here with my girlfriend and father. I want to emphasize the location, it’s right near a free ride bus stop, this is absolutely critical if you plan on going to town or the slopes without wanting to drive. WE WILL BE BACK.

This was our 3rd year in a row staying here and is always been wonderful. Clean, close to public transportation and just feels like home. Owner is very responsive to any questions. Wa have already booked again for next year. Truely a wonderful place.

Amazing Breckenridge Condo!

We couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations in Breckenridge! There were so many thoughtful touches and treats included by the hosts. Not to mention the condo is equipped with everything you need to feel at home and was perfectly clean. The location has convenient access to both the mountain and town. We can’t wait to come back!

Summer Hiking and Exploring

We enjoyed a week in the condo with our adult son. We cooked several nights in the well-stocked kitchen. The public transportation system was wonderful! We loved having a stop just around the corner. You can't beat the location, and the host patiently answered all my pesky questions. Highly recommend.

Great Father/Son Ski Trip

We loved this condo for our ski trip. It is only one bus stop away from Peaks 7 and 8. We only had to walk around the corner to get to the bus stop. The kitchen was fully furnished and allowed us to save money by making all of our meals in the condo. The hot tub helped to keep sore muscles away. I would certainly consider staying here again. It had everything we needed for a great stay.

Even nicer than the pictures

The place was beautiful and cosy, and had a real family feel to it. The amenities were fantastic and the kitchen was nicer than the one I have at home. You can get to the lifts in a few minutes walk or by taking the bus for a few minutes. I had dislocated my kneecap a few weeks before the holiday and it was a lovely place to just sit and relax and see the lovely snow from inside.

Cozy Condo

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. We flew in on a Monday. Laid low on Tuesday due to the altitude and then skied Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect. It was in a great location. Walking distance to the bus line. One stop from Peak 8. Easily accessible to town. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, strongly recommend

We had an excellent experience. The host was very responsive (to our one inquiry about arriving early.... everything else was already in place), the condo was warm, comfortable and just as described. Little things like fresh eggs and a candy dish added to the experience. This condo is a very short walk to the bus stop. Mass transportation is excellent, the only thing we used our car for was to go to Keystone (20 mins. away). We look forward to returning, this place is excellent.

Our staying is simply amazing. The condo is right off the bus stop, so we do not have to worry about parking in Breck. The kitchen and pantry were super well stocked.

This 1 bedroom condo was perfect for our (husband and I) long weekend in Breckenridge! It truly was cozy as described, was clean, and had everything we needed. The farm-fresh eggs in the fridge were a nice touch!Only thing that would be nice to update is the queen mattress, but that would not keep us from booking again!

Wedding weekend

Came to Breckenridge for our daughter’s wedding. The location was perfect. The condo was exactly as described! Adorable, cabin feel, but in a condo! The owner was easily accessible for any questions I had.
