Let’s get the size out of the way: this is a 137 square foot micro-suite. A twin-over-full bunk with Purple mattresses, a mini kitchenette, a workspace, and a bathroom. It is small on purpose. You are not paying for square footage — you are paying for a location that puts you at the center of everything Breckenridge has to offer, with resort amenities most studios at this price point cannot touch.
What you get inside: Purple mattresses on a twin-over-full bunk, a kitchenette with air fryer, Keurig, mini fridge, and cooking essentials, a 43-inch Roku Smart TV, a dedicated workspace, blackout shades, and fast Wi-Fi.
What you get outside your door: a heated indoor pool, four hot tubs, a fitness center, gear and bike storage, a sauna, and an on-site restaurant and bar — all at River Mountain Lodge, all included. One free garage parking space is included with every reservation.
Walk out the front door and you are already there. Main Street is one block. The BreckConnect Gondola is a five-minute walk. The Blue River trail starts across the street.
